THE ELITE SEAFOOD RESTAURANT:A FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT THAT EPITOMISES TOTAL FRESHNESS

November 27, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

Previously known as Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant (PJ), The Elite Seafood Restaurant – after an extensive round of refurbishment and rebranding – is now open to diners in the Klang Valley.

Despite its name change, the restaurant maintains the same unique characteristics that have long made Ah Yat an all-time favourite among seafood enthusiasts. Owned by Unique Seafood Group of Restaurants – one of Malaysia’s largest suppliers of live seafood – diners can rest assure that there is always a fresh and abundant supply of seafood at the restaurant. Besides the more common choices of live seafood, diners can also choose from rarer ones such as French turbots, Australian snow crabs, Alaskan spider crabs and Canadian geoduck clams.

Staying true to its concept ‘Flavours of The Elite’, the full-service restaurant offers only the freshest seafood – right from the sea. Diners at The Elite Seafood Restaurant will also have all their needs taken care of, thanks to the restaurant’s excellent team of chefs hailing from as far as China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Offering a large variety of dishes that range from meats to vegetables to, of course, seafood, the restaurant will undoubtedly appeal to diners from all walks of life.

Big Bowl Feast Early Bird Promotion

At The Elite Seafood Restaurant, diners are invited to savour The Fatt Choy Big Bowl Feast. Reservations – open from now until 31 December 2013 – are valid for dining from 1 January to

14 February 2014. In addition, early birds get to enjoy a 15% discount.

Members Privileges

Look forward to free food-tasting sessions at the restaurant and be the first to try their new dishes and desserts every month when you become a member of Unique Seafood Group of Restaurants. What’s more, a month prior to your birthday, the restaurant will send you a gentle reminder to redeem your coupons.

Boasting an elegant and spacious design, the restaurant’s central hall makes for a comfortable dining experience. From intimate family dinners to business or annual company dinners, you can entertain your guests in a perfect setting that is bound to make them feel right at home. The restaurant is also an excellent venue for weddings and birthday parties.

A Private Dining Experience

Make your reservations in advance if you’re looking for an intimate dining experience. Diners can choose from a total of seven spacious and elegant private rooms which offer four different themes – European, Japanese, Oriental and Contemporary – all of which are equipped with KTV facilities.

SIGNATURE DISHES

Fine Dried Seafood

Abalones, sea cucumbers, shark fins and fish maw are among the fine dried seafood available at The Elite Seafood Restaurant. All these are prepared to the highest standards long associated with the Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant.

Baked daily to ensure freshness, the egg tart has a milky flavour and comes with a puffy pastry base and a top layer of bird’s nest.

Dim Sum

The restaurant also offers a large variety of mouthwatering Dim Sum such as steamed crabmeat dumplings, red bean sesame balls, crystal shrimp dumplings and steamed chicken feet with black bean sauce.

Double Treasure

Comprising the Portuguese Roast Piglet and the Hong-Kong-styled Curry Roast Duck, the Double Treasure combo is sure to leave diners craving for more.

Seasonal Vegetables

Seasonal vegetable dishes are carefully prepared so as to create a healthy balance to the range of seafood and meat dishes at the restaurant.
