Fried Bean Curd with Assorted Egg- the Taufu was well deep fried and the taste is slightly salty. It is being cooked with 3 different eggs which include salted egg, century egg and chicken egg.
Taste: 5/5

Stewed Pork with Red Wine- The pork is well braised with slightly wine taste. The pork is slightly oily and you may fund a layer of oil (so called spare tayer)
