Tiffin Hall @ Iconic Majorie Penang:  Seafood Showcase Buffet + Flaming BBQ Edition

August 11, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

Seafood aficionados and buffet lovers, take note: Tiffin Hall at Iconic Marjorie is turning up the heat this season with its Seafood Showcase Buffet + Flaming BBQ Edition, a decadent celebration of ocean treasures and flame-grilled delights served every Friday and Saturday night.

Priced at RM168+ for adults, RM88+ for children, and RM117.60 for senior citizens, this buffet is a grand feast that promises an unforgettable culinary adventure.

The star of the show? A gracious spread of seafood, brimming with freshly shucked oysters, juicy scallops, tender grilled abalone, slipper lobsters, and prawns – all cooked to smoky perfection over an open flame. The flaming BBQ station elevates the experience further with a medley of succulent meats and seafood grilled right before your eyes.

Beyond seafood, Tiffin Hall impresses with a diverse range of local and international favourites. From crispy roasted duck to tender grilled chicken, the buffet also features a curated selection of Nyonya delicacies, adding a heritage-rich dimension to the evening.

Highlights include flavour-packed dishes like Curry Mee, Penang-style Char Koay Teow, and an array of aromatic stir-fries and stews that speak of tradition and time-honoured recipes.

Sushi lovers will rejoice at the Japanese counter, where beautifully crafted sashimi, sushi rolls, and condiments await. The meticulous freshness and presentation mirror the standards of any upscale sushi bar.

And then, there’s dessert — an entire chapter of indulgence on its own. Guests can look forward to a wholesome array of durian desserts, from creamy durian puffs to rich durian mousse. Local favourites such as Nyonya kuih, layered cakes, and chewy glutinous rice treats sit alongside international picks like addictive tiramisu and luscious puddings, offering something for every sweet tooth.

Set within the chic, vibrant ambiance of Tiffin Hall, this buffet is more than a meal — it’s an experience of gastronomic abundance. Whether you’re celebrating a weekend with friends or simply seeking a reason to treat yourself, this culinary showcase will leave you wanting more.
