THE ULTIMATE BEEF OBSESSION @ KAZUMA

Concorde’s Japanese restaurant, Kazuma unveils an interesting promotion for the month of June – three tantalizing, flavourful beef specialities. June’s highlights are perfect as an appetizer or main course, giving diners a satisfying bold umami flavours.

Wafu Hamburger Steak – RM35 nett 

A scrumptious Japanese hamburger steak with comfort and flavour in every bite. Chef Neoh pan sears the beef patties which have been seasoned with panko, yellow onion and tonkatsu. A plate of meat is served alongside a fresh salad makes a whole, balanced meal, offering protein, healthy fats and fiber.

The Ultimate Beef Obsession

Wasabi Striploin Jyu – RM40 nett  

Rich in flavour and perfectly cooked, sample anther hearty dish. The perfectly seared striploin is plated into a bowl filled with Japanese rice and avocado cubes. The ultimate thick sauce consists of a bold blend of yellow onion, butter and fresh wasabi are cooked together and poured generously over the beef, adding a punch of flavour that elevates the entire dish.

Sukiyaki Maki Rolls – RM50 nett

Presenting a savoury twist on traditional sushi, featuring thin, tender slices of grilled or seared beef wrapped around the outside of a classic maki roll. Inside, you will typically find seasoned sushi rice, asparagus, carrot, tamago and spring onion. The beef exterior adds a rich, smoky flavour and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, making each bite bold and satisfying. 

From the first bite to the last, our beef dishes promise a meal that leaves guests completely satisfied.

Kazuma is open daily including public holidays from 11.30 am – 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm -10.00 pm. For reservations, please call 2149 2666 or through TableApp.
