Wafu Hamburger Steak – RM35 nett
A scrumptious Japanese hamburger steak with comfort and flavour in every bite. Chef Neoh pan sears the beef patties which have been seasoned with panko, yellow onion and tonkatsu. A plate of meat is served alongside a fresh salad makes a whole, balanced meal, offering protein, healthy fats and fiber.

Rich in flavour and perfectly cooked, sample anther hearty dish. The perfectly seared striploin is plated into a bowl filled with Japanese rice and avocado cubes.
