TILAPIA FISH DELIGHT AT XIN CUISINE

March 7, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

This March, Xin Cuisine invites you to embark on a delightful culinary journey with our tilapia fish delight, a special promotion celebrating the rich and versatile flavours of this fish. Carefully selected for its delicate texture and naturally sweet taste, our chefs have curated five exquisite preparations that showcase the best of traditional Chinese cooking.

Whether you enjoy bold braised dishes, crispy deep-fried delights, or the pure simplicity of steamed fish, our menu offers a dish to satisfy every palate. Each preparation highlights unique textures and flavours, crafted with the finest ingredients and time-honoured techniques:

• Claypot Braised – Slow-cooked in a traditional claypot, this dish absorbs the deep, aromatic flavours of premium spices, creating a rich and satisfying experience.

• Rice Wine Braised – A comforting dish infused with the essence of rice wine, enhancing the fish’s tender texture and adding a subtly sweet, fragrant note.

• Deep-fried with Fermented Vegetables – A delightful fusion of crunch and tang, featuring crispy golden tilapia paired with the bold, savoury accents of fermented vegetables.

• Braised with Homemade Tau Pan Sauce – A luscious, savoury delight bathed in our signature tau pan sauce, carefully crafted to create a perfect balance of umami and depth.

• Hometown Style Steamed – A nostalgic and heartwarming dish, delicately steamed with signature sauces to bring out the natural sweetness of the fish.

Available throughout March, this exclusive promotion offers seafood lovers the perfect opportunity to indulge in a variety of tilapia dishes, each thoughtfully prepared to enhance the dining experience at Xin Cuisine. Priced at RM8.80 per 100 gram, guests can enjoy fresh, high-quality tilapia prepared in their preferred style
