A Culinary Masterpiece: The 8-Course Dinner Set Menu

At the heart of the festivities is the 8-course dinner set menu, a culinary masterpiece designed to highlight the richness and diversity of Chinese cuisine. This indulgent menu is specially crafted to accommodate a table of 10, making it an ideal choice for family reunions and celebrations with loved ones.

Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yee Sang

Begin your feast with a vibrant and auspicious Yee Sang, the quintessential dish for any Chinese New Year celebration. The medley of fresh vegetables, smoked salmon, and tantalizing sauces symbolizes abundance, health, and prosperity. Toss the ingredients high with your loved ones to usher in good fortune and success for the year ahead.

Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Morel Mushrooms

Warm, nourishing, and brimming with earthy flavors, this rich soup is a comforting start to the meal. The addition of premium morel mushrooms enhances its luxurious appeal, creating a dish that’s as flavorful as it is heartwarming.

Roasted Duck with Black Truffle Sauce

A symphony of flavors awaits with this tender and perfectly roasted duck, elevated by the decadent aroma of black truffle. The succulent meat and crispy skin are complemented by a special dipping sauce, making it a standout dish in the festive lineup.

Steamed Soon Hock Fish with Light Soy Sauce

This delicate dish celebrates the purity of fresh seafood. The Soon Hock fish is steamed to perfection, allowing its natural flavors to shine, while the light soy sauce adds a subtle, savory note. Symbolizing abundance and harmony, it’s a dish that truly embodies the spirit of the occasion.

Wok-Fried Prawns with Homemade Shrimp Paste and Highland Greens

Sweet, succulent prawns are wok-fried with fragrant homemade shrimp paste and served with crisp Highland greens. This dish is a delightful blend of textures and flavors, showcasing the finesse of traditional Chinese cooking.

Braised Sea Cucumber with Mushrooms, Black Moss, and Jade Vegetable Dumplings

A luxurious medley of premium ingredients, this dish combines the delicate textures of sea cucumber with the earthy richness of mushrooms and the umami of black moss. Paired with jade vegetable dumplings, it’s a celebration of tradition and flavor.

Clay Pot Chinese Steamed Rice with Waxed Meat and Baby Abalone

Fragrant and hearty, this rice dish is infused with the rich flavors of waxed meat and the tender succulence of baby abalone. Served in a clay pot, it brings warmth and comfort to the table, making it a quintessential part of the feast.

Chilled Mango with Sago and Deep-Fried Kataifi Nian Gao Roll

End your dining experience on a sweet note with a refreshing chilled mango dessert, featuring a luscious blend of fruity and creamy textures. The deep-fried Kataifi Nian Gao roll adds a crispy, indulgent touch, making it the perfect conclusion to this memorable meal.
