As the Year of the Snake approaches, Jade Pavilion, the renowned Cantonese restaurant at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree, sets the stage for an opulent celebration with their specially curated Chinese New Year Fortune Set Menu. This exclusive menu captures the essence of the season, offering a symphony of flavors that blend tradition and innovation, ensuring a feast that is both meaningful and memorable.

Nestled on Level 8 of Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Jade Pavilion is famed for its luxurious ambiance, attentive service, and extraordinary Cantonese cuisine. This Chinese New Year, the restaurant invites diners to indulge in a culinary journey that symbolizes prosperity, longevity, and togetherness.

The 2025 Chinese New Year Fortune Set Menu is priced at RM 329 per person (with a minimum of four diners), making it an ideal choice for family reunions, festive gatherings, or corporate celebrations.

Yee Sang, a quintessential part of Chinese New Year celebrations, takes on a unique twist at Jade Pavilion. The vibrant dish features fresh Alaskan scallop and crispy whitebait fish, adding a delightful crunch and briny sweetness to the traditional salad. I am in love with the refreshing yee sang and each mouthful is simply amazing. 

Trio Boiled Supreme Fish Maw Soup with Sun Dried Sea Conch

We love the soothing bowl of the soup. The soup featuring premium ingredients like fish maw and sun-dried sea conch, the soup boasts a rich and aromatic broth that warms the soul. Its nourishing qualities make it a fitting start to the festive feast. 

Steamed Wild-Caught Soon Hock Fish with Spring Onion Soy Sauce
(一帆風順來 京粵珍珠筍壳魚)

A must to have here. The steamed Soon Hock Fish is indeed a precious delicacies to go for. We love the freshness of the fish itself where each mouthful brings you with its natural sweetness and delicate texture. The fried rice is amazingly good and they are perfectly stir fried and have the wok hei The addition of premium abalone and flavorful chicken sausage adds a luxurious touch  to this dish.
