Taking place from April 20 to 27, this epicurean affair promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience, masterfully curated by Japanese Guest Chef Kazuhiko Kojima and Tatsu’s Executive Chef Tommy Kuan.

During the Hanami Festival, guests are invited to partake in an extraordinary culinary odyssey, offering a range of experiences including themed à la carte options, curated set menus paired with fine sake or wine, an exquisite omakase experience, and a special wine pairing dinner. Each dish is meticulously crafted using the freshest ingredients sourced from Japan, ensuring a sensory journey through the flavors of spring.
