Teppanyaki Station served with Raclette Cheese

Our team of chefs takes melted cheese and drizzles it over a medley of classic ingredients, including lobster, potatoes, German sausage platter, cold cuts, bacon, and garlic bread. The melted cheese is rich, smooth, and velvety, with its tantalizing aroma permeating the air. The combination of creamy cheese and other ingredients creates a delightful symphony of flavors that lingers on the palate, delivering a blissful “cheesy” experience with every bite.

Salmon Wellington with Double Cheese

Experience a delightful twist on the classic Beef Wellington with our exquisite Salmon Wellington. Wrapped in Parma ham, foie gras, and mushroom duxelles, the salmon is baked until the golden crust crackles, revealing layers of flavor and a perfect blend of cheese and fresh salmon.

Lava Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Basque cheesecake originated in Spain and is made with cream cheese, fresh cream, and eggs as the main ingredients. Its texture is lighter and softer compared to New York cheesecake, and it has a unique caramelized flavor.

Durian Cheese Tart

Other Signature Dishes

Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Assorted Seafood and Cheese filled with succulent crab meat mixed with rich cheese, and baked at 180 degrees for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. The Deep-fried Japanese Cheese Roll are deep-fried until they achieve a crunchy texture on the outside, revealing tender fish meat on the inside. The contrast between the crispy outer layer and the creamy cheese filling creates a delightful explosion of flavors that will surprise your taste buds. Plant-based Beef Quesadilla are baked to a golden brown with a flaky pastry crust. Our chilled seafood options, such as Freshly Shucked Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Clusters, Fresh Clams, Blue Mussels, and Jade Whelks, are also highly popular and served in a constant rotation. Seafood lovers will be delighted by the extensive selection, as they indulge in a vast array of flavors reminiscent of an oceanic feast.
