Known for her famed salons, she curated gatherings of New York’s elite “Four Hundred” – a list as exclusive as it was refined. Crafted by Executive Chef Norazizi Taslim and Pastry Chef Azizul, the menu unfolds as a series of refined courses. Delicate textures, sculptural beauty, and botanical notes bloom across the handcrafted pastries, echoing the silhouettes and symbolism of each couture piece.
Enhancing the tradition is a custom-designed furoshiki scarf gracefully wrapping the first course, a gesture of thoughtful gifting that reflects the Art of Gifting ritual. The journey continues with an ode to the garden in full bloom before guests are invited into a playful and interactive interlude: a handcrafted cookie puzzle printed with bespoke motif. Guests are encouraged to assemble and savor each piece, engaging in a moment of whimsy and wonder before the ritual concludes with exquisite floral pastries and warm, buttery scones.
