Lut Gastrobar @ TTDI

February 22, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Entering LUT Gastrobar in TTDI was akin to stepping into a culinary wonderland, where flavors from Europe to Japan dance harmoniously on the palate. Nestled amidst the vibrant streets of TTDI, this gastronomic gem promises an experience unlike any other.

The Ambience

The restaurant itself is a testament to aesthetic brilliance, adorned with captivating graffiti that speaks volumes about its vibrant personality. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining journey.

Kampachi Tarts

Our culinary adventure commenced with a tantalizing array of tapas, each dish a symphony of flavors waiting to be savored. Amongst the small bites that graced our table, the Kampachi Tarts stood out as a true testament to culinary finesse. Delicately crafted and bursting with robust flavors, each tart was a perfect marriage of kampachi, cucumber, ginger, ikura, and kumquat—a harmonious blend of ingredients that delighted the senses.

Chicken Jerky and Cheese Choux Puff

Another standout was the Chicken Jerky and Cheese Choux Puff, a delightful fusion of textures and flavors that left us craving for more. The savory chicken jerky paired exquisitely with the creamy cheese choux puff, creating a medley of flavors that danced on the palate with each bite.

Duck Spring Roll

And let’s not forget the Duck Spring Roll—an absolute crowd-pleaser that left us yearning for seconds. Infused with the subtle sweetness of plum, the freshness of ginger, and the aromatic touch of coriander, each bite was a delightful revelation. What truly impressed us was the absence of any gaminess typically associated with duck.

Lobster Sandwich

We are in love with the Lobster Sandwich is one of the must to try . The delicious Lobster Sandwich comes simply good and delicious. The lobster meat is fresh , and every mouthful is filled with umami.

A5 Miyazaki Wagyu

Equally impressive was the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, cooked to a perfect medium rare. The marbling texture of the Wagyu beef melted in the mouth, leaving a lingering taste of richness and indulgence that left us yearning for more.

Duck Carbonara

The Duck Carbonara surpassed all expectations, with perfectly cooked duck complementing the al-dente texture of the noodles and the richness of the sauce. Despite any reservations about duck, this dish proved to be a revelation, leaving us thoroughly impressed.

Tiramisu

To conclude our culinary journey on a sweet note, the Tiramisu provided the perfect indulgence. The impeccable blend of ladyfinger and mascarpone created a dessert experience that was both decadent and satisfying, a fitting end to an extraordinary meal.

From tapas that showcase the artistry of flavors to main courses that redefine expectations, each dish is a testament to the chef’s dedication to creating a memorable dining experience. For those seeking a fusion feast that transcends boundaries, LUT Gastrobar is a must-visit, promising a symphony for the senses that lingers long after the last bite.
