Paradise Dynasty Rediscovered: TRX Outlet Wows Diners with Shanghai-Inspired Classics

January 31, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

A remarkable dining experience awaits at Paradise Dynasty, a cherished establishment that has been a favorite for our family since its inception at Paradigm Mall. The array of Shanghai-inspired delights, ranging from the inventive 7 Colors Xiao Long Bao to delectable Fried Rice, Noodles, and my personal favorite, the Hot & Sour Soup, has consistently made it our go-to dining destination.

On this occasion, we revisited Paradise Dynasty at their newly opened outlet in TRX. The design and interior of this location are a departure from their initial establishment, boasting an elegant setting reminiscent of a traditional Shanghai House. The attention to detail is evident, especially as diners can observe the chefs skillfully crafting the Xiao Long Bao. Upon entering, we were promptly seated, and the attentive staff, cognizant of our little one, swiftly prepared a kids’ set for her.

7 Colours Xiao Long Bao

Our culinary journey commenced with the exquisite Xiao Long Bao, freshly made daily to ensure optimum freshness. The highlight was the 7 Colors XLB, a signature dish featuring eight color flavors, including the original White, rich brown foie gras, vibrant orange crab roe, golden yellow cheese, verdant green kimchi, fiery red spicy Sichuan, sophisticated gray garlic, and velvety black truffle.

Radish Pastry

We couldn’t resist trying the Radish Pastry, a famous Shanghai dim sum showcasing the chef’s ingenuity in crafting lasagna dough. The radish filling was perfectly cooked with just the right seasonings, resulting in a layered, crispy pastry with a delightful balance of sweetness that wasn’t overpowering.

Pan-fried Pumpkin Pastry

Delight in the timeless charm of Pan-fried Pumpkin Pastry, a classic Chinese dessert that combines sweet and glutinous pumpkin cake. The use of pan-frying introduces a delightful contrast, rendering it crispy on the outside and waxy on the inside, elevating the overall deliciousness of this delectable treat.

Hot & Sour Soup

The Hot & Sour Soup holds a special place as one of my all-time favorites. Each serving of this delightful soup is a culinary masterpiece – piping hot and brimming with a flavorful kick that never fails to impress.

Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop Crab

Every mouthful is a sinful indulgence, and we relish the exquisite preparation that showcases the delectable combination of crab meat. Each bite is a harmonious blend of goodness, making it a delicious and irresistible treat.

Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken

Indulge in the bold flavors of the Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken, where special Sichuan spices elevate crispy fried chicken nuggets, topped with garlic slices to enhance the overall deliciousness. The star of this dish lies in the imported Chinese flowers peppers and dried chili peppers, infusing a tantalizing heat that sets this culinary creation apart.

Fried Rice with Crispy Pork Chop

Prepare your taste buds for an exquisite experience with the Fried Rice featuring Crispy Pork Chop. The pork chop, impeccably crispy and juicy, exudes an irresistible fragrance and deliciousness. Paired flawlessly with egg fried rice, this combination is nothing short of a match made in heaven, creating a culinary delight that is truly perfect.

La Mian with Scallion Oil (Dry)

Indulge in a unique experience with La Mian adorned in Scallion Oil, where ramen meets homemade sauce. While its appearance may seem ordinary, the taste is nothing short of extraordinary, making each bite a delightful surprise for the discerning palate.

Overall, the food is simply delicious and the ambience.
