June 6, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

The month of June brings tantalizing delicacies for the whole family to enjoy.

The finest pork takes centre stage this June – Oven Roasted Iberico Pork Ribs which will be available for lunch and dinner throughout June at Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant. This recipe requires a special marinade consists of soy sauce, honey, salt, oregano leaves, water, Worcestershire sauce and brown sauce.

After a full day of marination, pork ribs will be steamed for 10 minutes and followed by placing into the oven, baking it for 10 minutes. Carefully, marinade sauce is rubbed onto the surface and sprinkle with oregano leaves. This perfectly-balanced dry rub will add intense flavour.

Another round of baking is done in the oven for 5 – 6 minutes.  Tender and exquisitely fragrant, the meat falls off the bone. Each bite is a mouth-watering experience. Price: RM118.00 nett per portion.
