The initials “MTR” stand for Mavalli Tiffin Room, which was started by three enterprising brothers – Parampalli Yagnanarayana Maiya, Ganappayya Maiya, and Yagnanarayana Maiya. Their vision was to create a place where people could enjoy authentic South Indian cuisine in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
