Enjoy Christmas with Le Pont

December 18, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

It is beginning to look like Christmas..
And here we will be having our Christmas dining. Le Pont is one of our favourite dining places that capture our attention ever since they open back in 2015. Being that, Le Pont Boulangerie et Café has been steadily gaining popularity among diners as a French European boulangerie-patisserie-café that connects cultures and gastronomic discoveries with memorable moments. Offering a wholesome café cuisine, traditionally artisanal yet innovative bread and pastries, custom-roasted house blend coffee and specially-crafted drinks, the café embodies a hidden gem which continues to draw in patrons from near and far alike.

And this time, they are featuring a vast variety of delightful dishes which one will be in love. Some of their latest creation to savour this Christmas includes whole cake, petit pastry, log cake, bakery items; and every year must have Le Pont Classic Roasted Chicken and course dinner.

Le Pont Classic Roast Chicken ( RM 70)

One of the best sellers here and it is indeed one of the must-try in Le Pont. In here, one can enjoy the simply delicious whole chicken marinated with Cajun Spices and roasted at 90 degrees ensuring the succulent meat with the browned skin at 220 degrees upon serving. They are accompanied by Le-Pont’s all-tie favourite baguettes, roasted herbs and potatoes and carrots with thyme brown sauce.

Berry Christmas

The Berry Christmas cake is indeed the highlight and one of our family favourites. In Berry Christmas, one can enjoy the scrumptious delighting cake that will definitely wow you. The cake is beautifully baked till perfection and the moist Strawberry chantilly cream cake with strawberry gelee, white chocolate mousse and fresh cream

Shining Matcha Log Cake (RM 25) & Twinkle Chocolate Log Cake (RM25)

Whether you are a matcha lover or a chocolate lover, there is something for everyone here. One can enjoy the delicious and yet tempting. The Matcha Sponge Cake is perfectly curated and they are beautifully finished with the matcha fresh cream and finished off with the Matcha Glaze, fresh cream and the white chocolate decoration.

As for the Twinkle Chocolate Log Cake, we are definitely sold on it. The awesome cake is beautifully made with a touch of luxury in it. They come with the chocolate sponge cake and are served together with the chocolate fresh cream, finished with the delightful milk chocolate fresh cream, and milk chocolate glaze together with the fresh cream and dark chocolate deco. It’s amazingly delicious and brings you a melts-in-the-mouth sensation.

We end with the Fruity Christmas Delights where the Le Pont version of fruit cake is alcohol-free which is good for everyone even the little kid. Made with dried mix fruits, nuts and spices; every slice is awesome!!
