Stuff’d Malaysia Celebrates the Moment of being Halal-Certified!

November 21, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

Holding closely to their principle of offering tasty, quality food stuffed with wholesomeness, Stuff’d brings a new level of confidence to the Malaysian community by obtaining the official Halal certification issued by JAKIM. To celebrate this momentous milestone, the brand has given away RM26,000 worth of prizes that were thoughtfully selected, allowing consumers a good time to refresh amid the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Managing Director of Stuff’d Malaysia, Sean Lai shared, “We wish to bring the community closer together and become the go-to place for all foodies who enjoy Turkish and Mexican cuisine in Malaysia. Being Halal-certified is an added assurance to our Muslim consumers, which highlights our commitment to continuously serving kebabs, burritos and others that adhere to food safety standards. The journey of getting Halal Certification was never easy as every process from ingredients sourcing, logistics, storage to food preparation had to be in compliance with JAKIM’s strict regulations.”

“Since the announcement of being officially Halal-certified on Stuff’d social media, we have received tremendous responses from our loyal supporters and even new customers, with many of them requesting to have more Stuff’d outlets nationwide. We have also witnessed 25% growth of Instagram followers within a few days and a rise of 35% in sales, which is very encouraging,” further added by Sean Lai.

To celebrate the significant achievement, Stuff’d organized ‘Celebrate the Moment‘ campaign with a total RM26,000 worth of prizes to be won across all outlets in Klang Valley from 15th August to 10th October 2022, which was inclusive of electrical appliances such as Smart TV, coffee machine and robotic vacuum cleaner, gadgets, eWallet reload pins and Stuff’d food vouchers. Customers would get a scratch card to reveal their prize with a purchase of RM25 & above in a single receipt. The response was overwhelming as by the end of the campaign, all scratch cards have been distributed to customers.

Making their way to Malaysian doors from Singapore in 2017, Stuff’d serves quick casual Turkish and Mexican cuisines such as kebab, burrito, quesadilla, daily bowl, and tacos, and has expanded its footprint with a total of 11 outlets in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru to date. The brand prides itself in defining what real food should be: freshly cooked, nutrient-dense, ethically sourced, minimally processed, and tasty, with over 25 ingredients and sauces to be customised for everyone’s preference.

As part of Stuff’d upcoming growth plan, the brand is looking to continue grilling at more prominent areas in Klang Valley and Penang, including shopping malls with corporate offices nearby and high streets, in hopes of bringing the daily dose of goodness to more working adults who prioritise convenience and efficiency.
