Jade Pavilion @ Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur : A touch of Luxury Dim Sum

Jade Pavilion is one of the place to visit if you are looking for awesome dim sum. Located in Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, one can enjoy the delicious menu from dim sum to ala-carte delights here. 

Jade Pavilion takes inspiration from ancient imperial Chinese gardens, in which grand pavilions were often constructed amidst tranquil surroundings. Indulge in a refined menu that showcases an array of Cantonese gourmet dishes and dim sum specialties. Every dish is skillfully crafted using bold, innovative techniques and premium ingredients. The dining venue boasts eight exquisite private dining rooms, and an open dim sum kitchen.

We started our dim sum delights here with the wide variety of choices of dim sum where they have the steam dim sum as well as fried dim sum. 

Siew Mai 

 The siew mai is good and we love how it tasted. The luxury touch of the siew mai with pulpy meat and minced prawn meat in it. So good!

Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao 

We started our dim sum with Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao which is really delicious and good. The Xiao Long Bao packed with flavours in it and each mouthful is sinfully good especially with the Foie Gras with it.

Steamed Seafood Beancurd Roll with Abalone Sauce 

The Steamed Seafood Beancurd with Abalone Sauce is simply amazing. They are so good and each mouthful is packed with flavourful abalone sauce together with the juicy fruits in it.

Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken and Foie Gras Wrapped in Lotus Leaf 

We love the way made it. The glutinous rice is soft and well steamed. The chicken is tender and juicy. It is well infused with the lotus leaf flavours in it and perfectly topped with the foie gras on top.

Crispy Fried Katafi Roll with Prawns and Jackfruit 

Something not to be missed here. They are so indulging especially we love the crispy bites of the rolls and inside is the pulpy prawns together with the sweet jackfruit puree. Yummy! 

Pan Fried Shanghai Bun with Spicy crabmeat Sauce

At the first look, it did not appetize me but once a bite, I am wow! The bun is fluffy and perfectly baked. It comes with generous spicy crabmeat in it which is so good and delicious.

Steamed Rice Roll with Pan Fried Scallop in Supreme Spicy Sauce 

We love how it is made. The rice roll is perfectly steamed and topped with the minced scallop and the umph of the spicy sauce. So good! 

Congee With Hokkaido Scallop & Crab Meat

The Congee comes so good and its brings you with the velvety texture. They are complete with the seafood goodness which is the Hokkaido Scallop and crab meat with it. So good!

Custard Bun

Their Custard Bun is so good that Grace wanted more. The ooziness of the creamy salted egg yolk custard  with the elegant touch just made it to her favourite and she love it so much!
