Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur recently added a new spark at their Zende Restaurant by the name of “ The Pacific Grill”. Here, one can enjoy rich hospitality and enjoying premium fine cuisines. And; with their experience chefs with passion, they had created a new gastronomic concept with “Steaks” and they are just bursting to introduce the premium delighting steak to your table.
As for this round, we attended the preview of the Premium Steak Zende Restaurant, we are being served their quality steaks which are prepared by their Master Chefs and cooked to perfection from their station.
Appetizer: Beef Briskets with Olive Oil & Cilantro
We started our meals with the beef brisket which is served with olive oil and cilantro. The beef brisket is divinely good where the meat is so juicy and the whole dish is so appetizing!
Mains: Wagyu Sirloin, Australian Lamb Cutlet, BBQ Short Ribs & Tomahawk
A line of delighting mains not to be missed here! We love how the chef made it. The sampling comes with the Wagyu Sirloin, Australian Lamb Cutlet, BBQ Short Ribs & Tomahawk, and they are prepared by their chef using the creative creations of marinates and sauces.
The Wagyu Sirloin is impressively good. The meat comes simply tender and juicy. Using the Japan A5 Wagyu, you are assured of the fine quality steak that is exceptionally flavourful, tender, and marble textured. They are perfectly seasoned with pepper and salt and then it is grilled to perfection and brings out the original taste.
The Australian Lamb Cutlet comes with complete indulgence with no gammy taste and the meat is so tender and juicy. The cutlet is made up of loin muscle, a rib bone, and a cap of fat. It is perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper and then grilled to perfection. It is well paired with their awesome black pepper and mushroom sauce.
BBQ Short Ribs are also well-served with moist and juicy meat too. The BBQ ribs are beautifully braised in homemade BBQ sauce and oven-roasted. It is indeed a perfect indulgence. We love the juiciness and the tender meat of it.
The Angus Tomahawk is beautifully grilled and slow-roasted to retain the juiciness of the meat. They are perfectly marinated with Cajun Spiciness. It is so good that we would love to have a second serving.
And what’s more one can enjoy your steak with the selection of condiments to accompany your steak which includes sauteed mushrooms, asparagus, baby cherry tomatoes, and mashed potatoes.
Desserts: Tiramisu
After a heavy meal, it would be nice to have some desserts to complete the meal. Their Tiramisu with Fruits Coulis is a must to have here. The tiramisu cake is complete with its lovely fruits and is topped with cocoa powder.
