LA JUICERIA ROLLS OUT THE OATS WITH OATSIDE FOR A TASTIER AND GREENER CHOICE

September 23, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

 Say goodbye to additional surcharges
when ordering oat milk beverages at La Juiceria as it becomes the first
Malaysian cafe to make OATSIDE’s 100% plant-based oat milk the default option
for its milk-based beverages, in its continued effort to encourage customers to
join the plant-based movement.

“Being healthy shouldn’t come at an
exorbitant cost; at La Juiceria we do our best to provide our customers with
the best ingredients without compromising quality or at any additional cost as
a healthy nation is a happy nation,” said Mr. Kong Len Win, Managing Director
for La Juiceria. “La Juiceria is delighted to team up with OATSIDE’s oat milk
which lends a wonderful malty flavour to our beverages, now with a smoother and
creamier texture.”

“Not only is oat milk a more delicious
and sustainable alternative to dairy, the production of oat milk requires 90%
less land and water, and produces 70% less emissions as compared to cow’s milk
making it better for the environment too,” said Jessie Chuah, Country Manager
for Oatside Malaysia. “We applaud La Juiceria’s innovative efforts in providing
better tasting options for the health-conscious consumer that is big on
flavour, good for you, and for the planet.”

The announcement comes with the launch
of three new flavours;

Viet-Me-Up

A coffee lovers dream with Super Saigon
Vietnamese coffee, OATSIDE Barista Blend Oat Milk and Maple Syrup to increase
metabolism and boost energy

Golden
Elixir

A refreshing concoction of turmeric,
cinnamon, OATSIDE Barista Blend Oat Milk and Maple Syrup for  anti-inflammatory properties and bright,
glowy skin from within

Houji-licious

Get houji with it with roasted Niko Neko
Tsubaki Hojicha, OATSIDE Barista Blend Oat Milk and Maple Syrup rich in
antioxidants and even better for the heart

OATSIDE is made with a
focus on sourcing the highest-quality ingredients and is completely free of
artificial flavours, gums, emulsifiers, preservatives or colouring and
delicious — thus opening up new possibilities for innovations at La Juiceria.

La Juiceria has made it
their mission to innovate in the kitchen by introducing Oatside – a creamy,
malty and delicious staple that could elevate different foods (not limited to
just beverages!).

Available at all La Juiceria stores in
Malaysia at RM15.99 from 20th September 2022.

All drinks will be packed in recyclable
plastic bottles. Choose to make the green choice and be rewarded with La
Juiceria’s Recycling Initiative. La Juiceria’s Recycle Campaign falls on every
weekend at selected La Juiceria Superfoods Cafes – with every 30 bottles of
plastic bottles recycled, customers will be rewarded with a free cold-pressed
juice. To redeem their rewards, customers will need to sign up via La Juiceria
loyalty app. For more information on La Juiceria’s Recycle Campaign visit
