Is time to cook again and this time, we are having the Sizzling tofu in a hotplate today. Since MCO, we have been cooking this dish plentiful of times as we love the taste of it so much and replicate it in our home as children love them a lot
Here you go with the recipe
Ingredients
❤️1 rolls Egg Tofu;
❤️4 Shiitake Mushroom; soak and dice
❤️1 stalk Spring onion; seperate white and green
❤️1 Tsp. Garlic; minced
❤️50 g Pork; minced
❤️1 Egg; beaten lightly
SEASONING
❤️1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
❤️1/2 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
❤️1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
❤️1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
❤️1/4 Cup Water
THICKENING (MIX ALL)
❤️1/2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
❤️1 Tbsp. Water
Method
1. Deep Fried the egg tofu till golden brown. Then drain and set aside
2. For the sauce, add in all the seasoning and mix them well
3. In the same wok, heat up the wok and add in oil and saute the garlic till it is fragrance
4. Add in the mushroom and the pork
5. When the pork starts to cook, add in the sauce which is mix (2) in to it
4. Stir fried till fragrant and add in the some cornstarch which is mix with the water into it
5. Stir well and off the heat
6. Heat up the hot plate and brush some oil
7. When the plate is hot, add in the egg
8. Then add in the meat mixture and tofu .
9. Top with the chopped spring onions
