January 9, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

The name has said them all. Iberico Kitchen is one of the restaurants which we love and for pork lovers; do head to Iberico Kitchen as they are serving scrumptious dishes that will definitely makes you savor and going back for more.

And this place, is indeed a heaven for Iberico pork where the meat is simply special. Iberico Pork comes from the distinctive Black Iberian Pig. Native to areas of Portugal and central and southern Spain, the pigs’ diet of acorns and elements of the natural forests in these areas impacts the meat directly, giving it a nutty, evocative flavor.

In here, one can enjoy the perfect Iberico Pork as we know that the pigs are given a room to roam around and only certain food is being fed to ensure its quality. And in here, we got to know that Iberico Kitchen serves you with the premium Iberico delights at an affordable price.

Iberico Spare Ribs

We started off with the Iberico Spare Ribs which is one of the signatures. The spare ribs comes deliciously good with the tender juicy meat and they are just need to have slight marination ( pepper and salt). Well bbq-ed till perfection, the meat is so juicy and flavourful as it is .
