 The spirit of Christmas fills the air at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. As the Hotel transforms to a festive wonderland led in by the annual gingerbread reindeer display at the lobby, the Hotel’s Christmas mascot Charlie Bear welcomes guests with a joyful spirit.

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong invites guests to plan ahead for Christmas. Distinctive dining experiences prepared by Michelin starred chefs await, while Christmas gourmet offers and gifting ideas on eShop, staycation packages with sumptuous buffet spreads, warming spa treatments, and unique New Year’s Eve countdown celebrations offer the perfect experiences to wrap up the year.

Christmas Dining Guide

The Hotel’s two three-Michelin starred institutions, Caprice and Lung King Heen, set the stage for a decadent festive celebration.

On Christmas Eve, Caprice highlights include Brittany Scallop with Oscietra Caviar from Maison Petrossian, Cauliflower Variation; Foie Gras Terrine, Black Truffle and Artichoke. The eight-course menu is priced at HKD 4,388 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge. Guillaume Galliot, Chef de Duisine at Caprice promises a culinary spectacle that will equally satiate the eyes and taste buds.

For families who enjoy a classic setting with Cantonese favourites, Lung King Heen offers an extensive nine-course menu on Christmas Day boasting signature flavours, including: Baked Sea Whelk stuffed with Diced Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce; Wok-fried Superior Australian Wagyu Beef with Black Truffle and Fresh Lily Bulbs. The menu is priced at HKD 1,888 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge.

Meanwhile, The Lounge hosts the festive cheer on New Year’s Eve with an eight-course experience highlighted with Tsarskaya Oyster, Blue Lobster Ravioli and Grilled Japanese Beef Tenderloin, priced at HKD 2,888 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve dinner menus are available at Caprice, Lung King Heen and The Lounge.

Festive Afternoon Tea is a great occasion for a year-end tête-à-tête. The three-tier set not only showcases Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan’s signature scones; the creative twist on the Yuletide desserts are always something to look forward to. Expect mini–Gingerbread Man, petit Cinnamon Rolls and Mulled Berries Snowman Macaron that will enliven the spirit of Christmas.

The Festive Afternoon Tea is available throughout December priced at HKD 658 for two. On weekends and public holidays, it is priced at HKD 498 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge.

Festive Gourmet Delights In Store

Venture into the Hotel’s eShop where there is something for everyone this Christmas. The eShop offers an eclectic array of edible gourmet treats and Christmas hampers.

Take the opportunity to pre-order the Reindeer or Snowman Smash cake that releases an outpour of candy when smashed; this crowd pleaser is sure to be a highlight in Christmas parties. Bring home the pre-built Gingerbread kit that will keep children entertained; not only can they get the satisfaction of assembling the house, but they also get to flex their creative muscle in the decorating process and eat it too.

Let Four Seasons take the weight off food preparations at Christmas parties. Adults will enjoy the Christmas Roasted Turkey Takeaway set crafted by the Four Seasons Chefs team, a convenient service that keeps everyone out of the kitchen to savour valuable time catching up with family and friends. Priced at HKD 2,980, the 6-7 kilogram turkey comes with wholesome trimmings including Braised Red Cabbage, Glazed Chestnut, Veal Sausage, Sour Dough and Herbs stuffing, Creamy Ranch Mashed Potato, Bacon and Spring Onion, Traditional Sweet Potato Mash.

The Slow Roasted Wild Pepper Crust Australia M4 Wagyu Beef Striploin will be a favourite among meat lovers, and it comes along with Porcini Mushroom, Mustard Cream Sauce and other vegetable condiments. This 2 kilogram portion is created to be shared among four persons and is priced at HKD 4,320.

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong offers three sets of Christmas Hampers priced at HKD 12,880, HKD 4,300 or HKD 2,800. All hampers feature a decadent selection of refreshments to partner with epicurean delights: fine wine and Champagne.

Festive Staycation

Starting Christmas Eve, reconnect with loved ones at the Hotel’s newly renovated rooms and suites, indulge in a Christmas buffet and welcome the season of happiness. Package starts from HKD 5,280 per night in a Deluxe Peak View Room, and HKD 9,600 in Premier Harbour View Suite, available for December 24 and 31, 2021 and January 1, 2022.

Festive Glow at The Spa

Christmas is a time for being kind to others and oneself. Ring in the season with a body or facial treatment that will transform energy, bringing balance to the mind, body and soul.

Winter Warmer – A 120-minute treatment that relieves winter stiffness and improves sleep. It opens with a ritual of Frankincense cleanse, followed by a therapeutic massage with Frankincense infused oils to cleanse and protect the aura as well as release any muscle tension. A hot poultice of warm and earthy aromas from cinnamon, cloves and ginger is then applied to sooth and calm the senses. The treatment is priced at HKD 3,000.

Triple C Lift and Glow Facial – A 60-minute facial treatment to reveal tighter and brighter skin with Vitamin C serum and BR Maricel visage serum, using TDA machine and double masking of glycoprotein and collagen. The treatment is priced at HKD 2,800.

New Year’s Eve Celebrations

Caviar and Vintage Champagne Celebration at Caprice Bar – Welcome 2022 in style with a decadent Caviar and Champagne celebration at Caprice Bar. Enjoy spectacular entertainment including music from the DJ. The bar boasts magnificent views of the Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong skyline, a perfect venue for a count down. The minimum spend per table starts from HKD 10,000.

ARGO Countdown Party – Ring in the New Year at ARGO, the most talked about venue of the year, where guests will enjoy dancing to the music of a live band, buffet snack menu and a welcome drink. The party starts as early as 8:00 pm, advance tickets are priced at HKD 1,580 net on eShop and the at the door price at HKD 1,880 net per person.
