One of the must to try is the Traditional Hainanese Rice Wine Steam Kampung Chicken. Here, one can enjoy the traditional cooking wine steam kampung chicken. The chicken comes with tender meat and each mouthful is simply delicious. I love how they are made and we are impressed with every bite of it.
Asides from the Steam Kampung Chicken, one can enjoy their Crispy Roast Pork which is using their home recipe to make it. They are beautifully roasted with crispy skin and every mouthful is so good and delicious.
And usually, we ordered the Honey Char Siu to come along with it. The Oven Baked Maltose Marinated Char Siu comes with juicy meat for sure. They are so delicious and juicy.
A MUST to go with the dishes is their signature Melaka Chicken Ball.
And of course, one also must try their delicious Hainan Tonic Braised Lamb Soup with rice. They must have and they require 3 hours of cooking with over 10 times of herbs. With slow boiled, you can enjoy the tender juicy meat and every mouthful is so good that we could not resist it.
