Jom Raya @ Pullman KL City Centre

April 10, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Sharing is caring. Putting time with family during this Raya and grab your delighting takeaway menu with Pullman KLCC. Pullman KLCC is one of my favorite hotel when it comes to takeaways and this time they offer you with takeaway delights this Ramadhan.

Feast your way with the variety choices of Malay delights from Sedap restaurant or if you are looking for a change this Chinese New Year, you can go for their delicious Chinese Cuisine from their Red Chinese Restaurant.

The Red Chinese Restaurant offers you with the wide variety of awesomelicious Chinese delights that you will wow and why not grab something different for you and your family. This year, Red Chinese Restaurant offers you with the Jom Chinese Set that offers you with the Kurma, Soup, Chicken, Fish, Prawn, Vegetables, and Rice.

As this round, you can start off your meal with the hot and pipping Szechuan Hot and Sour Seafood Soup which indeed enhanced the overall taste of it. They are just so awesomely good and each sip of the soup is so nice with the light kick of spiciness from the peppercorn.

As for the chicken set, one can enjoy the choice of Crispy Roasted Chicken with Crispy Garlic, Thai Style Deep – Fried Crispy Chicken with Mango or Szechuan Fried Chicken with Chili. And for us we had the Thai Style Deep Fried Fish with Mango. The chicken is beautifully deep fried till complete crispiness and then glazed with the sweet and spicy sauce on top with think cut slice of mango.

As for the fish set, you can enjoy their wide variety cooking style which includes the Steamed Barramundi Fish with Soy Sauce, Sweet and Sour Deep-Fried Barramundi Fish or the Steamed Barramundi Fish with Lime Juice. The flaky fish is beautifully deep fried and then coated with their awesome sweet and sour sauce.

Not just that, they do serve prawns in their menu where you can enjoy the choice of wok fried Tiger prawns with oat, classic butter tiger prawn and salted egg tiger prawn. The pulpy prawns that comes with complete juiciness is really a good choice to go for. Each mouthful is so nice that I don’t mind ordering more of it too.

As for the vegetables selection, they doo have the Stir Fried Mix Vegetable with Oyster Sauce, Stir Fried Kailan with Salted Fish, and the Braised Japanese Beancurd with Mushroom and Vegetables.  The Beancurd with the Mushroom and Vegetables comes really good where each mouthful comes with delectable flavours and the umami taste in it.

To make the meal even more value for money, they are serving you with the Yang Zhou Fried Rice with the Diced Chicken.

We ends our meal with the Chinese Lotus Pancake and a chilled Leng Chee Kang. The set is priced at RM 78 per pax ( a minimum order of 4 person). For those who are looking for some local Malaysian flavours, they do have local ta pau set which is priced from RM 58 per pax for you to bring home.

Not just that, you can enjoy their Bakul Raya which comes with 7 choices of snacks in food bazaar. You can enjoy the choice of Bakul Roti, Bakul Goreng, Bakul Kek Mentega, Bakul Lemang dan Ketupat, Bakul Panggang, Bakul Satay or Bakul Kuih Muih.

Savour the pulpy juicy satay from their Bakul Satay that comes with the chicken and beef satay ( 12 pcs) each together with onions,  cucumber, compressed rice cake and peanut sauce.

As for the Bakul Kuih Muih, you will definitely be addicted with their 8 types of kuih with 4 pcs each as well.
