‘GURINDAM RASA’ BUFFET DINNER (APRIL 13 – MAY 12, 2021)

Melting Pot Cafe is serving up an amazing spread of dishes for Ramadan this year, from Ramadan specials that it is known for, to local, Chinese, Indian and even Thai dishes. The nightly buffet will be available from the April 13 – May 12, 2021.

Diners will sure be back for seconds and thirds as they enjoy Ramadan all time favourites like Bubur Lambuk Ayam, Sup Gearbox, Sup Tulang Rawan, Kambing Panggang, and Kari Kepala Ikan. For some traditional kampung dishes, tempt the your tastebuds Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, Ayam Masak Ros, Ikan Keli Berlado, Pajeri Terung, Sambal Sotong Petai, Kambing Masak Hitam and Asam Pedas Daging Tetel.

‘Gurindam Rasa’ Buffet Dinner
Other tempting specialities include Chicken Siew Mai, Rojak Buah, Kepah Kam Heong, Loh Hon Chai with Tofu and Black Fungus, Stir-fried Squid with Dried Chillies, Udang Goreng Telur Masin, Chicken
Siew Mai, Dalca Sayur, Briyani Kambing and more. The Thai section offers Bangkok Tom Yam Soup,
Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad), Pra Neng Sos Tai (Southern Thai Steamed Fish), Daging Bakar ala
Thai, and Tub Tim Krob (Water Chestnut Rubies). Crowd’s favourite – live cooking sections offering
not-to-be-missed Teppanyaki items and Hainanese Chicken Rice.
*Two different buffet menus on daily rotation.
Keep some room for dessert though… Delectable sweets such as Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Cucur Badak,
Kuih Kaswi, Karipap Sardin, Pulut Panggang, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Butter Pudding, Assorted French
Pastries and Ice Cream are in the menu. Guests will not be able to resist! The buffet menu includes
thirst quenchers – Air Jagung, Sirap Bandung, Air Soya, Air Tebu, Teh Tarik and Nescafe Tarik.
This incredible spread will leave you spoiled for choice.
