PerySmith Multicooker BQ1000

March 26, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

After my Happy Buy of their Airfryer which is simply affordable, I am going to invest more to cook for my family. And this time; we are going for their Multicooker BQ1000 which is simply affordable.

There are times where the gas stove have no gas and I am running up and down to grab the gas delivery which comes simply frustrating. So, I decided to get this Multicooker which comes with 3 heating capacity which is low, medium and high.

One of the things I like is where they come with two types of plate where they have one bowl which is the stainless-steel bowl and another is the grilled plate. So, now I can  use them to grilled my chicken as well as fish or seafood at home like a pro.

Asides from that, the bowl material is good for making soup, cooking thong sui, stir frying as well as steamboat from home. These are simply convenient and I am just loving them so much where I no longer need to worry about gas and the heating is very fast. So, now with this cooking a great meal fast is no longer a headache for me.

And this time, I am using them to make Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

– 3 cloves of garlic

– 4-10 Thai chilies

– 1.2 teaspoon soy sauce

– 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

– 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

– 1/4 teaspoon sugar

– Bunch of Thai holy basil leaves

– 1 L-shaped drumstick minced

Method:

1. Add in oil let it hot

2. Add in 3 clove of garlic chopped

3. Add in 4-10 Thai chilies

4. Add in the minced chicken

5. Add 1.2 teaspoon soy sauce , 1 teaspoon oyster sauce , 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon sugarLet it cook till is done

6. Add in the Thai holy basil leaves.

7. Stir fried till fragrant

8.

If you want add in a fried egg to go with it.

To purchase, you can grab them from both Lazada as well as Shopee Mall ! Time to get yours now!
