Celebrate Chinese New Year with The “ Private Hot Pot” at Aloft Kuala Lumpur

January 19, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

This Chinese New Year, let’s go for Hot Pot! And this time; it is time to go for Aloft Kuala Lumpur to enjoy their brand – NEW concept. The “Private Hot Pot” dining experience is one of the latest creation by the Aloft KL team where Chef Emmanuel Chang has created three new flavourful and toothsome set menus along with a generous à la carte selection to fill your crave for hot pot, served by our sassy and stylish talents in Aloft’s private dining rooms for lunch and dinner.

Sink your teeth into Japanese scallops, Australian Wagyu beef brisket and shabu-shabu, Australian Angus shabu-shabu, Sabahan lobsters, tiger prawns, Marble Goby, giant Sui Kow, sliced lamb, Norwegian salmon, clam sapak, an assortment of homemade fish balls, pastes and more!

Each set comes with two choices of soup base, and a plethora of premium meat, seafood and vegetables, for the ultimate hotpot lunch. To elevate your Hot Pot experience, Chef Emmanuel has crafted 5 different soup bases to select from with Aloft’s signature Sarawak Laksa broth and the Assam Pedas broth to be a sure hit. The healthy Tomato broth, the fearsome Tom Yum broth, and the soothing Chinese cabbage with Winter Melon broth are among other selection for your Hot Pot soup base.

The ultimate pick-me-up to cool off after your Hot Pot is our homemade desserts: Chilled Oolong Tea with Aloe Vera, Chilled Longan with Sea Coconut and Gingko, or a refreshing Fruit Platter – all available on the à la carte menu.

The hot pot set is available for a party of 4 people minimum with our “Happy Hot Pot” from RM55 per person, “Hearty Hot Pot” from RM70 per person and “Heavenly Hot Pot” from RM80 per person, and each set is inclusive of Chinese tea. Additional diners will be subject accordingly to an extra charge per person.

With different room sizes available, a maximum of 15 people (5 persons per table) can enjoy hot pot at one go depending on the availability, so you and your loved ones can feast in private. Aloft’s “Hot in the Pot” will be launched on Thursday 07 January, and will be available from Thursday – Saturday for lunch from 12PM – 3PM and dinner from 6PM – 9PM. As seating is limited, reservations must be made 48 hours in advance to guarantee the availability and freshness of the items. All bookings must be made for a minimum of 4 people. And now, they are  available for takeaway and delivery. Diners can also enjoy free delivery within a 10km radius of Aloft

Diners wishing to reserve a table or find out more about our à la carte or set menus may contact the hotel at +(60) 3 2723 1154 or email kulal.b&[email protected].
