Cocova : Heavenly Chocolate Delights at the comfort of your home!

September 4, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are a big fans of Chocolate, Cocova is indeed one of the brands to go for. Cocova is started by Euniece and Jinli who is a BIG fans of chocolate. Being a big fan of chocolate, they could not find any good quality hot chocolate drinks in the local market & noticed that there was a gap to fill.

What’s so special of Cocova is where they focus on single origin chocolate, and in here they used only natural ingredients so we retain the native flavors and tasting notes of the beans. Their chocolates are also dairy free so they are suitable for vegans and those who suffer from lactose intolerance. Asides from that, their chocolates are also free of artificial ingredients & preservatives, and processes are kept to a minimum in order to retain the antioxidants & goodness that raw cacao has to offer.

CHOCOLATE DRINK SELECTION

Starting off with their drink selection, Cocova offer you with 3 different line up  where you can have Curious 68% Cold Steeped Chocolate, Happy 65% Cold Steeped Chocolate  and Dreamy 72% Cold Steeped Chocolate.  Each chocolate drink comes with the complete indulgence.

Curious 68% Cold Steeped Chocolate  (RM 14 ( 230ml))
Their bestselling chocolate drink is the Curious 68% Cold Steeped Chocolate which brings you with the 68% dark chocolate whisking in some water and milk and refrigerated overnight to achieve a smooth and the creamy texture.

Happy 65% Cold Steeped Chocolate  (RM 14)
Happy 65% Cold Steeped Chocolate brings you with the 65% dark chocolate button and they are recommended for those who love a lighter and sweeter version of drink. So, for those who love a sweeter side, this is perfect!

Dreamy 72% Cold Steeped Chocolate
As for the Dreamy 72% Cold Steeped Chocolate; they comes with the bittersweet drink which is made by the melting down Dreamy 72% dark chocolate buttons over the stove. It is perfect for those who love thick and intense chocolaty flavours.

CHOCOLATE BUTTON

Curious 68% (RM 27|150g pack)

Not just chocolate drink, they do offer chocolate buttons as well which is suitable at anytime for direct consumption, beverages, or even baking. I am in love with the Curious Chocolate where they are served with the 68 % dark chocolate buttons and the beans are fairly sourced from Malaysia. It brings you with the light acidic and the hints of coconut in it.

Happy 65% (RM 31 | 150g pack)
With the 65% dark chocolate button, their cacao beans are fairly sourced from Vietnam. It brings you with the fruity notes. As for me, I love to bite them just the way it is.

Dreamy 72% (RM 31)
Made from 72% of dark chocolate, one can taste the subtle hints of raisin in it. The cacao bean are sourced from India. It is pretty bitter but for those who love the bitterness of chocolate, this is definitely yours.

DARK CHOCOLATE COATED NUTS

As many says, chocolates is the source of happiness. And I am agreeing to it for sure. And what I love about their chocolate is they are not sweet and using the pure chocolate and I don’t need to worry about my sugar level nor getting fat at all.

Cheeky Hazelnuts (RM 27.00| 130g pack)
Consume as I go, the Cheeky Hazelnuts brings you with the Curious 68% dark chocolate furnished and it is dusted with the cocoa powder with it. Nicely done and a must indulgence for sure.

Wacky Almo (RM 27.00)
For those who are big fans of almond, go for their Wacky Almo.  You can enjoy the roasted almonds which is beautifully coated with the 68% dark chocolate, finished with a dusting cocao powder with it.

And recently, they are also running a Merdeka bundle promotion which comes with their best seller Curious 68% Dark Chocolate Buttons – and our new seasonal product – Playful Peca 68% Dark Chocolate Coated Pecans. The bundle is only RM55 (normal price RM62) and each bundle purchase is a ticket to entry for our Cuti-Cuti Malaysia giveaway in collaboration with YTL Hotels.

Customers need to purchase 1 bundle, share our giveaway post on IG or FB and tag 3 friends. They will then be in the running to win a 2D1N stay at The Majestic Malacca. Giveaway ends on 25th Sept 2020

So, why not, get happier and enjoy nice and delicious chocolate from Cocova.
