Safe and Sound @ Legoland Hotel

August 4, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

It is time to spare some fun for the kids since we are stranded at home for more than 3 months. Since we are not able to travel afar why not #cuticutimalaysia and spend in Malaysia. And finally; we have decided to bring Grace for a short trip to Legoland and enjoy the world of Lego in our 3 days 2-night trip.

Many had asked me about how safe is it as it is during the #pandamic moments. Truly speaking, I am a bit skeptical at first but Legoland had give me a full trust on their SOP. The journey to Legoland took us around 4-5 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. Arriving to Legoland, we are being guide to the hotel but of course we need to go thru the basic procedure where we need to fill in our information or scan the MySejahtera App. Then; we scan our temperature and also sanitized our hand before we are led to the hotel.

We can see everything is clean and we observed that the hotel are doing social distancing as well. Check-in to the hotel just took us less than 10 minutes and then we proceed to our rooms. In here, there is 4 amazing Lego Theme which certainly level up your experiences.  Choices includes the Pirate, Adventure, Kingdom and Ninjago. With total of 263 rooms; they are beautifully themed and all the rooms can fit up to 5 people ( up to 3 Adults & 2 Children or 2 Adults & 3 Children).

And for us, we choose to go for the Pirate Room. One can step in to our own adventure with the pirate cabin decked out with the pirate bedding, curtains, wallpaper and even Polly, a LEGO Parrot.

The room is definitely themed and fitted out in every way to create a child friendly environment that invites kids to explore and play!  And in here, we can enjoy completely with the bunk bed, pull-out trundle bed and the entertainment unit. What makes us happy is they do a perfect job ensuring our stay is comfort where all the necessities are well packed and the washroom are really tip top clean.

The children are enjoying so much and I had no fear as it is pretty comfort place to stay too. They had enforced using mask in the hotel, and also throughout the Legoland except for water park.

The rooms are pretty spacious, and kids can have some fun entertaining in the room to get a free Lego too. Isn’t that fun?

And for dining experience, social distancing are being practiced everywhere. They are boxes and signs all around the hotel and this time, we had our dinner at the Brick’s Family Restaurant.

Breakfast are served on the table when you sit down where they have the western and Malaysian delights for you. Social Distancing, and all are perfectly done which keep me and my family feel safe during the whole stay in the hotel.

And at night, they have story telling and my kids are really immersed into it. No worries, social distancing is also being practiced as well.

Overall, the journey to the Legoland Hotel is perfect where we really enjoyed till the fullest. AS for nearby attraction, one of course can visit Legoland which is just next to it . They also have a mall next to Legoland Hotel where there is a BIG Supermarket, eateries like KFC, I Love You YOO, Absolute Thai and many more.

The journey to Legoland Hotel from KL took us around 4 hours. So; why not plan a trip to Legoland with your family now!
