Full menu:
“Hath Maluwa” – A Sri Lankan mixed vegetable curry featuring seven vegetables based on a very old traditional recipe.
Polos Ambul (Young Jackfruit) – Young Jackfruit tossed in special roasted curry powder and Sri Lankan herbs, simmered for a long period to increase the flavours.
Green Leeks Tempered – Sliced green leeks stir-fried in a special spice mix
Tapioca Cutlets – Our famed Aliyaa cutlets, filled with sweet tapioca mixed with spiced lamb and chicken meat. 
Brinjal Pahi (pickled) – A sweet, tangy and spicy brinjal dry curry which can be kept for a longer time.
Ceylonese Fried Chicken – Chicken marinated in Sri Lankan spices and fried to perfection.
Tumeric Rice – Traditional Sri Lankan yellow rice, cooked in Sri Lankan spices, plums, cashew nuts and fried onions and curry leaves.
