Black Truffle & Foie Gras Buffet at Café on M

January 23, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Sumptuous culinary delights shine at Café on M from now till March! Café on M features more than 10 extravagant food selections with elusive black truffle and foie gras from Hungary at its dinner buffet, ranging from appetizer, soup to mains and desserts, alongside freshly-shucked French Fine de Claire oysters, Japanese sashimi, roasted ribeye with truffle and foie gras sauce and many more.

Known as “Diamond of the Kitchen”, black truffle is highly coveted for its earthy and subtle aroma and is only in season for a limited period every year. Dedicated culinary team meticulously selected premium black truffle and crafted a host of tantalizing cuisine.

To kick start the dinner buffet, the live cooking pasta station taking centre stage will excite guests’ taste buds where choices of pasta and sauces are available for selection followed by chefs sprinkling black truffle on top of pasta dishes, such as Freshly Shaved Black Truffle Ravioli. Live cooking station featuring Bolo Bun with Pan-seared Foie Gras is another highlight. The bun itself is firm outside while soft inside topped with crunchy sugary pastry, serving with a piece pan-seared foie gras and pineapple make it an ultimate enjoyment for everyone.

Nothing can beat the Double-boiled Chicken soup with Sea Conch and Black Truffle as it is cooked for four hours with premium Chinese ham, chicken, sea conch and black truffle. Relish in the combination of Black Truffle, Foie Gras and Preserved Sausage Fried Rice showcasing the most sought-after premium ingredients in one go. Other highlights include silky Steamed Egg with Hokkaido Milk, Snow Crab and Foie Gras in Truffle Sauce, Fried Oysters with Black Truffle Mayonnaise that made use of oysters from Hiroshima, Truffle Parmesan Fries and Roasted Chicken Breast with Parmesan and Sage with Truffle Mashed Potatoes, to name some.

For an extraordinary sweet ending, indulge in an enticing array of desserts featuring black truffle – Truffle Honey Cheesecake and Black Truffle Portuguese Egg Tarts as well as the much-loved Häagen-Dazs ice cream and a lot more.

Available from now till 31 March 2020
For enquiries or reservations, please call Café on M at (852) 2731 2860.
