Future Taste @ Sunway Velocity

November 16, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are a big fan of steamboat and beauty, you can now visit the newly open hotpot restaurant – Future Taste. Future Taste is located at the first floor of the mall and this outlet is definitely amazed us.

The restaurant comes simply beautiful and with the luxurious feel when you walk in. Their service is indeed really good and they do have some corners for those who are looking for more private dining experience as well.

Fish Maw Scallop Chicken Soup (RM 98)
One of the signatures here is of course their “Chicken Soup”. The Chicken Soup is something worth to go for where the broth is cooked for 8-10 hours. Ensuring you with the great and robust flavours, the soup comes simply thick and delicious and full of collagen. Each mouthful of the soup is perfectly good with the aromatic fragrant and soothing taste. Perfect to my taste buds for sure.

Shark Bone with Snail and Scallop Collagen Soup (RM 98)
One can enjoy their other signature soup as well which is their signature sharkbone soup. The broth comes with the exquisite taste and packed with the collagen which is benefits for health. The soup is light and tummy warming too.

And you can enjoy the seafood with the wide variety of seafood of your choice. You can have them with their fresh dragon grouper fish, crab, golden sea cucumber, Canada Scallop, Abalone Slices, Japan Clam, Prawn, Octopus, Fish Maw and many more.

A must to try here is of course some of their signature handmade meatballs, and fish balls. You can go for their Handmade Shrimp Slippery, Handmade Fish Slippery, Explosion Pork Balls, Taiwan Pork Balls, Jumping Fish Balls and many more that will definitely make you order for more. I am perfectly falling in love with their delicious bouncy homemade balls and i am craving for more now

And of course while having some hotpot, we always say YES to meat!  And in here, Future Taste brings you with an array of meats. Grab their freshly sliced Australian High Grade Snowflakes Wagyu Beef, Austalian Beef Slice,  Australian High Grade Beef Tripe, High Grade Pork Bely Slices and the Luncheon Meat!

Asides from Steamboat, one can also order their Signature Menu which are incredibly awesome!

Grab their Signature Spicy Crab (RM 138) where the fresh mud crab is cook together with the peppercorns and dried chilly. Filled up your tummy with the spicy kick of the crab with the aromatic peppercorns in it. Delicious!

Another must have is their Spicy Lobster with Clams (RM 198). Served in a two layer hotpot, the seafood is well layer on top and below is served with the hand made noodles.  It is simply good with the bursting spiciness in it. For those who love kick of spiciness, this is a must try!

I am also indulged with their Pepper Slat Corn (RM 18). Nicely marinated and grilled. Yummz

For those who are looking for a different style of hotpot in Sunway Velocity, Future Taste is definitely your choice where one can enjoy a healthy hotpot here!
