Super Boring Club @ Jalan Mesui: Hidden Jewel of Korean Japanese Fusion

August 29, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

I am just in love with the place  here. Super Boring Club is one of the latest additions to Jalan Mesui and they offers Korean Japanese Fusion Food which attracted me when I am there. Located at Jalan Mesui, their outlet is indeed very beautiful and insta-friendly interior too.

Super Boring Club offers you with the wide variety choices of food where one can enjoy their ala-carte and their menu comes simply creative by combining a Korean barbecue with a Japanese Izakaya.  Their menu comes impressive and their service is superb as well. We started our meal with the variety choices of ala-carte delights.

Spicy Salmon Sashimi (RM 28.80)
One of my favourites of the night is the thick-cut salmon with the special spicy lime shoyu sauce with water melon The taste comes incredibly good and I love the zesty with the umami twist!

Grilled Miso Eggplant (RM 16.80)
A healthy dish but yet it is simply delicious. We have the grilled egg plant which is specially made with the homemade special miso sauce. The dish is pretty impressive where every mouthful is divinely good!

Deep Fried Baby Octopus (RM 24.80)
For those who love to have some crunchy bites, go for their Deep-Fried Baby Octopus. This is where you can enjoy the awesomely delicious Deep-Fried Octopus with the homemade garlic sauce and spicy lime sauce. Well battered and deep fried till golden brown with every bite filled with the crunchiness.

Seafood Hotpot (RM 78)
The seafood hotpot brings you with the bursting flavours with loaded seafood in it. The taste comes simply aromatic and I am loving every mouthful of the slurpy noodles with fresh seafood! This is deliciously good !

Super Combo (RM 128)
And a must to have here is of course their bbq item. Now you can enjoy a delicious combo that is completed with the Lamb Char Siew, Argentina Squid, Smoke Duck, Wrap Oyster, Prawn and Wagyu 7/8+. Have them bbq-ed till perfection and enjoy them till perfection!

And of course, you can enjoy wide choices of drinks here! And here, you can have your choice of alcohol where you can have the Sake Lychee, Sake Asamboi, or even the Suntory Lover concoction.

Overall, Super Boring Club is one of my favourite place to dine where they not just offer great food but also great ambience.
