Homemade Mooncake with love @ Grand Harbour Kuala Lumpur

Mid-Autumn is one of the festivals which is famed among the Chinese community And this year, Grand Harbour brings you with a taste of home where they come up with their signatures dishes. Bringing back their signature’s dishes during last year Mid-Autumn, now you can savor them again this year.

And this year, Grand Harbour brings you with their 2 nourishing ala-carte dishes which is the crowds’ favorites as well.

Braised Spare Ribs with Chestnut (RM 50++) 
One can enjoy these delicious juicy spare ribs which comes addictively good. Their spare ribs are comes with the melts in the mouth texture ! They are topped with the mushrooms as well as chestnuts which brings up the overall flavours of the meat as well.

Steamed Chicken with Lotus Seed Wrapped in Lotus Leaf (RM 63++|half / RM 120++|whole) 
For those who are a big fan of chicken, enjoy the awesomely delicious steamed chicken which is packed with the aromatic flavours of the lotus leaf and herbs in it. The meat is so tender and every bites is divinely good and delicious.

And this year, what’s more interesting is Grand Harbour offers you with their home-made mooncake which is made by hand and baked with heart. Not just that, they are using the quality ingredients imported from Hong Kong Relieve the artistry of treasured Mid- Autumn Traditions with their hand-crafted mooncake, where each of them are lovingly baked from scratch daily using the finest ingredients.

One can enjoy the wide variety of moonc ake from their Signature Classic Flavours such as the White Lotus Double Yolk, White Lotus Paste, Jade Lotus Single Yolk, Red Bean Paste, Snow Skin White Lotus, “Supreme Nuts with Ham” 至尊金腿 and many more.  And what’s more is their mooncake are glazed with lard! OMG!! And I am just loving it so much. The mooncakes are really moist and the texture is absolutely good! Love the creamy texture of their paste and light saltiness from the salted egg.
