Discover a wide selection of lobster dishes and cheesecakes treats this autumn at Prince Hotel. add@Prince presents exquisite lobster dishes from 2 September until 31 October to satisfying your seafood cravings. Feast your sweet tooth on our cheesecake afternoon tea buffet, on weekends and public holidays from September to November.

Lobster Feast@Prince

Tuck into a sumptuous seafood spread featuring a range of Boston lobsters during the dinner buffet. Recommended appetisers include Lobster & Tomato Bruschetta, Surf & Turf with Light Lobster Sauce in Glass, alongside fresh, healthy Lobster Nicoise Salad and Lobster and Quinoa Salad with Artichoke. Lobster Thermidor, one of our signature dishes, topped with rich, creamy cheese is another must-try item. Our master chefs also serve up a range of spicy lobster dishes, including Stir-fried Lobsters in Laksa Chili Paste, Chili Lobster with Asparagus and Curry Lobster in Singapore Style. Feast on silky-smooth Lobster Crème Brûlée to finish off your meal.

add@Prince’s Signature Cheesecake Afternoon Tea Buffet

add@Prince presents an array of cheesecakes during the afternoon tea buffet, featuring twelve distinctive cakes both baked and chilled, served on a rotation basis. Highlights include Dark Cherry Cheesecake made from Tasmanian dark cherries, as well as Japanese Green Tea Cheesecake with Uji matcha green tea. For those who prefer unbaked cheesecakes, choose crunchy Peanut Butter Cheesecake and handbag-shaped Strawberry Cheesecake, filled with strawberry jellies. Don’t forget to try our Signature Blueberry Cheesecake, freshly made with the finest ingredients. The hand-crafted cheesecakes will melt in your mouth, longing for just one more bite.
