The brand-new brunch here at The Westin Kuala Lumpur. And this time, Prego brings you with their fabulous Sunday Brunch will be experienced as Viva Italia Sunday Brunch, with an official launch on 09th June 2019 at Prego Kuala Lumpur. Taking over the Bubbalicious Brunch back in 2012, one can enjoy the delicious Viva Italia Sunday Brunch which is served every Sunday from 11.30am to 2.30pm, diners will immediately be set in an Italian culture and ambience from the moment they step into Prego.

With this, one can carefully enjoy the carefully designed and handpicked dishes by the Culinary team of Prego led by Chef Marco De Cecco, the selections are also ever more sumptuous, inviting and alluring, transporting diners through an Italian culinary journey with authentic dishes atop the buffet counters. Viva Italia Sunday Brunch spread is a palate adventure waiting to be discovered.

Start your meal here with the wide chocies of delicious assortment of the Italian Antipastos and salads. This includes sea scallops and freshly shucked oysters; handpicked collection of international cheese, charcuterie and homemade Italian breads. Fresh made polenta served on a wood chopping board specifically at 1.00pm to 1.30pm during the brunch.

For those with an insatiable appetite, be amazed as the main course offers a wide range of succulent cuts of premium meats and seafood spit roasted on a charcoal grill ranging from North to South you can explore many traditional dishes, from Baccala Mantecato, Meat Balls, Lamb Shoulder on the Sword Grill, Patate in Tecia with Lamb Sausage, Parmigiana Di Melanzane.

Not just that, one can have the great selection of pass-around dishes by your tables from variety of wood-oven pizzas, home-made pasta dishes and succulent grilled meats.

Relax and give your Sunday a sweet ending on a decadent note with an assortment of desserts.  Indulge in creations such as Prego’s famed Tiramisu, Sicilian Cannoli Filled with Ricotta and Ginaduja Chocolate Cake to name a few.
