The Festive Banquet @ The Majestic Hotel KL

The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur is one of the places where you can savour the delicious Ramadhan delights.  And in here, one can savour 9 states delicacies in one place. And in here, you can sample more than a hundred classic Malay recipes from around Malaysia, prepared specially by Chef Zaidi and his team.

Starts your meal here with the appetizer which includes the Ulam – Ulaman, Keropok Lekor, aneka Kerabu and many more. There are so much to go for here where each of it are carefully selected and prepared with love.

And of course, don’t miss out the choices of local delights which includes the  Briyani ayam, Telur Dadar, Sambal Udang Galah, Rendang Kambing, Ketam Lemak Cili Padi, Ayam goreng berempah, briyani kambing, paru berlada , nenas masak ikan masin, cencaru sumbat kelapa, chicken kapitan, sambal udang galah, murtabak. Others variety includes braised bean curd, Kung pao chicken, parsley potato, sambal Tempe and many more.

 

They also have action counter where one can enjoy the deliciously prepared Mee Jawa, Roti Jon, Kambing Golek, Murtabak and Lemang Pulut.

Not to be missed in the Lok Lok Corner which is packed with wide variety of choices of fishballs, beancurds, sausages and more.

And some of the desserts that must have here includes  the local fruits, Malay cookies, cendol and ice Kachang, goreng goreng – Pisang goreng, keladi, sweet potato, cakes, jellies , kuih muih, agar agar, tapai ubi, tapai pulut, kuih muih , dodol , Pisang kukus kelapa parut, bubur cha cha, serawa durian and more.
