A Treat for Administrative Professionals at Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts

April 11, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

The annual Administrative Professionals’ Week is back at Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts from 22 to 26 April 2019. What better way to celebrate than with a two hour long lunch buffet? Take this opportunity to express gratitude to the team’s administrative professionals who take on a diverse range of tasks to support the rest of the organisation. Who knows, they might be the ones giving thanks for this sumptuous treat.

For the entire week, diners can look forward to a spread of western and local delights including:

•                    Sous-vide Poached Spring Chicken with Vegetables

•                    Baked Salmon En Papillote with Potatoes, Roma Tomatoes and Basil

•                    Seafood Thermidor with Wild Mushrooms

•                    Singapore Rojak

•                    Chicken Rice Balls

•                    Assorted Traditional Nonya Kueh

•                    Teh Tarik Live Station

Pop by the new Garden Desserts counter, which features the use of garden ingredients – a healthier spin to the usual sweet treats. Have a go at creations such as Beetroot and Chocolate Cake, Basil Trifle, Sweet Potato Cake and more! Get that luscious satisfaction but with lesser calories.

Carousel’s 45-year-old Signature Bread & Butter Pudding is a mainstay on the dessert counters and a must-have for all diners. Dig into the warm pillowy layers of buttered bread and moist custard, drizzled over with silky vanilla sauce – the more the better!

The Administrative Professionals’ Week lunch promotion is available from 22 to 26 April 2019, from 12pm to 2pm at $58++ per person. For enquiries, contact Carousel at 6219 3780 or email [email protected]. For online reservations, visit www.carouselbuffet.com.sg. Carousel is located at Royal Plaza on Scotts, 25 Scotts Road, Singapore 228220. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
