“Sajian Aneka Rasa” @ Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel

April 23, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

It is time again to celebrate with your family and friends this holy month at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. This round, the hotel welcomes you to share the joy with an exclusive selection of delightful culinary and stay experiences to create unforgettable moments together.

And this year, with the theme of “ Sajian Aneka Rasa”, the hotel offers you with wide variety and choices which definitely brings you back for more. And this year, their Exclusive Chef Supi Mansor are ready to cook up a feast for the senses with a tantalising spread complete with live cooking and carving stations for a truly Malaysian experience.

Starts your meal with the wide variety of appetizers such as the famous must have ulam- ulaman, kerabu, tauhu sumbat and more. You will definite to pamper yourself with the flavourful sweet and spicy varieties in their buffet spread. Don’t miss out Chef Supi’s signature sup tulang rawan. The pipping hot soup is such a comfort meal to have after a long day of fasting. This will definitely be a tummy warming dish to go for as well.

And one must have included Chef Azrul’s homemade gulai kawah kambing, grilled whole lamb and more. The grilled whole lamb is one of our favorites this year where the lamb is perfectly grilled with the tender juicy meat without any gammy taste at all.

And of course don’t miss out Pak Udin popular lemang bakar which is one of the traditional Malay dish which is made up of glutinous rice, coconut milk, salt and cooked over slow fire in a hollowed bamboo stick as a part of the buffet highlights. Pak Udin began his business since year 1995 in Seremban and the secret behind his firm and moist, with a hint of smoky coconut fragrance delicacy, is a his family recipe handed down over generations and the use of fresh coconut milk.

Don’t miss out their main course too where they have the ayam percik, daging rendang, sambal udang petai, kambing kari, bubur lambuk, kari kelapa ikan, nasi briyani and many more. Every dishes is carefully selected by the chef bringing you their best in all the dishes. I love the sambal udang petai and kari kepala ikan where the taste is robust and spicy.

Never say bye if you have not finish your desserts. Complete your dining experience with the myriad colours of desserts from the malay kuih muih  which includes the kuih ketayap, kuih seri muka and many more. Don’t miss out their warm sweet delighting desserts which includes the bubur kacang hijau.

Renowned for serving one of the most tempting buffets in the heart of the city, relish in the mouth-watering spread at RM138nett per adult and RM69 nett nett per child from 5 May until 3 June 2019 throughout the holy month. Enjoy a special early bird promotion from now until 20 April 2019 at only RM99nett nett per adult and RM49nett per child for dinings confirmed between 5 May to 11 May 2019 and 27 May to 3 June 2019.
