Fill up this Chinese New Year with plentiful choices of delights. And this year, diners will be spoilt for choice at Impiana KLCC Hotel as the Hotel’s culinary team has worked hard to bring diners an array of delectable cuisine that appeals to different palates.

And this time, one can have the awesome traditional banquet – style  ( six course menu which covers both the Chinese Fusion Delights in one goal.  Grab this delicious six-course menu comprising fusion Chinese specialties for a contemporary dining experience to a buffet dinner and high tea spread featuring popular local and international dishes, there is something for everyone, making the Hotel an ideal place to dine and celebrate the auspicious Chinese New Year.

Chinese New Year Eve Buffet Dinner
• 4 February 2019
• 6.30pm – 10.30pm
• Tonka Bean Café & Deli, Impiana KLCC Hotel
• RM188.00+ Per Adult / RM38.00+ Per Child
• Inclusive of Yee Sang available at the buffet line
• Free flow of house pouring wine and beer

For a get-together and reunion dinner with beloved friends and family on Chinese New Year Eve, Tonka Bean Café & Deli, the Hotel’s casual dining restaurant is the perfect place to dine and savour a variety of local and international dishes while enjoying a free flow of house pouring wine and beer.

A generous spread of well-loved Chinese favourites awaits diners and these include the aromatic and flavourful Roasted Beijing Duck, Fried Butter Crabs with Chili and Curry Leaves, Stir Fried Soy-marinated Lamb Shoulder with Ginger, Fried Red Snapper with Sweet and Sour Pineapple Sauce, Chinese-style Prawn Salad with Orange Mayonnaise, Jelly Fish with Szechuan Paste and Sesame Seeds and lots more.

The above dishes will be complemented by an array of local and international cuisine and a live barbeque station with Cajun Chicken Legs, Minute Steak, Blue Sea Crab, Mackerel, and Baby Sting Ray for variety and a sumptuous dining experience.

As a Chinese New Year Eve dinner would not be complete without the traditional toss of Yee Sang for prosperity and good fortune, Salmon, Jelly Fish and Snow Pear Yee Sang will be available as part of the buffet for the celebratory toss.

Chinese New Year High Tea

On the first day of Chinese New Year, diners have the opportunity to tuck into a Chinese New Year High Tea feast at Tonka Bean Café & Deli. The spread includes the must-have Salmon, Jelly Fish and Snow Pear Yee Sang to usher in the new year, festive desserts and snacks such as Deep Fried Chinese New Year Cake with Yam, Leng Chee Kang, Fortune Cookies and Roasted Beijing Duck at a live cooking station.

To complement these, a variety of Asian and Western fare including Roasted Lamb Shoulder with Rosemary Sauce, Pizza, Aglio Olio Pasta, Beef Salad with Local Spices & Mango, Pacific Clam and Asparagus with Teo Chew Sauce, Sambal Daging Cili Hidup, Braised Ling Zhi Mushrooms with Vegetables, Deep Fried Butter Prawns with Egg Floss, Lamb Curry with Potatoes and Fish Hariyaly will be available, along with dedicated stations for diners to whip up their own salads and hot sandwiches.

Children will certainly enjoy the Pancakes with condiments, Popcorn, Candy Floss and the unlimited scoops of Baskin Robbins ice cream available throughout the afternoon.

Signature Yee Sang
For a toss to an abundance of prosperity and good fortune, Impiana KLCC Hotel’s signature Yee Sang (Jelly Fish, Soft Shell, Salmon, Abalone and Lobster variants) is available for dine-in and take-away until 19 February 2019, from RM58.00+ per serving at Tonka Bean Café & Deli.

Chinese New Year Menu (Served Banquet-Style)
To cater to guests seeking a traditional Chinese eight or nine-course meal for a group, Impiana KLCC Hotel offers three Chinese New Year menus featuring the chef’s version of well-known Chinese favourites.

Diners yearning for a taste of traditional Chinese dishes will welcome the Braised Seafood Soup with Five Treasures, Steamed Sea Dragon Tiger Grouper with Superior Soya Sauce, Black Mushrooms with Dried Oysters, Winter Melon and Black Moss Sauce, Wok Fried Fresh Tiger Prawns with Aromatic Garlic, Ginger and Tomato Paste, Roasted Chicken with Szechuan Sauce, Pumpkin Puree with Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls and Deep Fried Crispy New Year Cake after indulging in a celebratory toss of Yee Sang at the start of the meal.

Available until 19 February 2019 through prior reservation only, the three menus are priced at RM1,488.00+, RM1,788.00+ and RM2,388.00+ per table of 10 persons respectively, with one (1) bottle of red or white wine per table. The dining venue (within the Hotel) and time slot is determined at the time of reservation, based on the diner’s requirements, and subject to availability of venue and time slot.

Fusion Chinese Specialty Menu at Cedar on 15

• 12.00 noon – 2.00pm and 6.00pm – 9.30pm

In conjunction with the auspicious Chinese New Year (also known as the Spring Festival), Cedar on 15, the rooftop restaurant and lounge at Impiana KLCC Hotel presents diners an alternative to the traditional Chinese meal in the form of the Blessings of Spring six- or four-course fusion Chinese menu featuring the Chef’s Prosperity Yee Sang with a Twist; Yin Yang of Pistolet Bay Scallops, Consomme of Tiger Prawn with Crabmeat, Black Fungus, Bamboo Shoots and ‘Money Bags’, Calamansi Lime and Ginger Sherbet, Australian Black Angus Beef Tournedos baked with Soy and Five Spices; and Trio of Opera Cake, Green Tea Mousse and Longan Ice Cream.

With the panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline as a backdrop, diners will enjoy savouring these specialties along with a free flow of wine or aerated drinks in an intimate and elegant setting.
