Celebrate Chinese New Year at Hilton Petaling Jaya

Chinese New Year is all about celebrations and getting together for an awesome meal. And in Hilton Petaling Jaya, one will definitely enjoy their creative Chinese New Year Menu specially crafted by their Chinese Chef.

Being that, we started our meal with their yee sang for sure. Toss all your way where one can tossed the prosperity, wealth, and of course good health as high as possible here. Tossed higher as much as you can with the specially created yee sang by the chef of course with all the scrumptious fresh ingredients here.


Double Boiled Wolfberry with Minced Chicken and Dried Scallop Soup

After the great tossed we enjoyed the wide variety of delights prepared in Toh Yuen. We started off with the Double Boiled Wolfberry with the Minced Chicken and Dried Scallop Soup. This is something different compared to many traditional soup. Chef had added with the minced chicken in the soup and the scrumptious ingredients. The soup is being double boiled for hours and the meat remains its flavourful blend and the light soup base. Nice one!


Braised Sangkan Oyster Balls, Sliced Balls, Sliced Shell Abalone, Hericium Mushrooms, Sea Moss and Seasonal Vegetables

Next we had the Braised Sangkan Oyster Balls, Sliced Balls, Sliced Shell Abalone, Hericium Mushrooms, Sea Moss and Seasonal Vegetables. The awesomely prepared delights comes simply delicious where the oyster balls are just perfect to my taste buds. This is just so good and delicious!


Oriental Braised Duck served with Steamed Flower Bun

The Oriental Braised Duck is one of the crowds favourites and signature here. The chef had make them perfectly where the duck is perfectly braised and deep fried to give you with the perfect crispy skin and the inside is juicy and moist. It is then served with the flavourful aromatic sauce and the steamed flower bun

Deep Fried Tiger Prawns with Red Dragons Fruits Mayonnaise Sauce

Fans of prawns, this is nice and good. The fresh tiger prawn is coated with the breadcrumbs and then deep fried till perfection. It give you a crispy texture at the outside and juicy bites in the inside. Topped with the generous appetizing sweet sourish Red Dragon Fruits Mayonnaise Sauce on top. 

Steamed New Zealand Orange Roughly Fish with Yellow Bean Sauce

For those who are a big fan of fish, don’t miss out the awesomely prepared Steamed New Zealand Orange Roughly Fish. The fish texture comes smooth and flaky. It is then topped with the generous amount of the Yellow Bean Sauce.


“Hock Chiew” – Style Braised Seafood and Rice

The healthy and yet delicious braised rice comes awesomely good where they are using the five types of grains. The hearty bowl of rice completes with the “Hock Chiew” Style Gravy where they are flavourful and packed with the scrumptious seafood in it.

Hot Ginseng, Red Date, Chrysanthemum and Wolfberry Tea

Ends your meal with the bowl of soothing desserts. Grab these awesome desserts where they are perfectly good.


Crystal Jelly Red Pomegranate with Crispy Nian Gao

 The Crystal Jelly Red Pomegranate comes awesomely good an they are beautifully prepared.   This is simply good and delicious and every mouthful comes soothing and good.

And in here,  one can go for 3 types of sets menus for its diners starting from Everlasting Happiness priced at RM 1,988 nett per table of 10 person, Luck & Joyfulness priced at RM 2,288 nett per table of 10 persons and Abundance & prosperity priced at RM 2,888 nett per table of 10 person from 8th Jan – 28th Feb 2019 form 12:00pm-2:30pm for lunch and 7:00pm – 10:30pm for dinner.
