Recipe : Pork Floss with Philips AIO Pressure Cooker

This
round I am making Pork Floss and it is simply easy and addictive. Since buying
them in shops is getting pricey, I am learning to make my own for this round
Ingredients
✅      Pork Meat ( 1kg) ( tell the butcher you want to make pork floss and they will get the right part for you)

Seasoning
✅Rock sugar / 14 tbsp brown sugar (ur preference sugar )
✅10tbsp light soya sauce
✅1. 5 tbsp oyster sauce
✅Dash of ground white pepper
✅12 tbsp water
✅3tbsp chinese cooking wine
✅10 thin slices young Ginger (a must).
Method
1.Choose meat mode KPT till 25minutes with seal valve (red valve at middle).
2. Add the pork meat in it and all ingredients in. And then close the lid and once done, let it keep warm a while.
3. Remove the meat and for me, I transfer to my Kitchen Aid Mixer and beat the meat till shredded. Else you can shred the meat using fork and spoon in thepressure cooker.
4. Then select bake mode and start, I throw all the shredded meat into the pressure cooker with the sauce earlier
5. Use the bake mode but leave it open. And then keep stirring it till it dry. It will take around 40 minutes to an hour depends how dry you want. If you want more crispy then make it longer.
6. After dry and darkencolor, u can start storage. Air dry till it completely cool.
7. Ready to consume.
