Michelin Star Chef Daniele Repetti @ Cicchetti di Zenzero

November 30, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

At its third edition, the Italian Cuisine Week in the World is the most important event for the promotion of Italian food and wine abroad and started at Expo 2015.

The protagonists of the Malaysian capital, for this year, will be the Emilian cuisine and the Mediterranean diet. And this year, one can enjoy the great dishes cooked by the Michelin Starred Chef – Chef Daniele Repitti. And this time, we got a chance to sample the dishes prepared by the Michelin Starred Chef  at Cicchetti by Zenzoro.

Tiger Prawns
We started with the Tiger Prawns as the starter. The fresh tiger prawns are perfectly cook till perfection and they are beautifully coated with the Herb Breadcrumbs, Burrata Cream, Fried Artichokes and Tomato Confit. They are deliciously made with the robust flavours and we are indeed falling in love with this.

Homemade Ravioli
The Homemade Ravioli is perfectly good and the dish is simply impressive. The homemade Ravioli is stuffed with the eggplants, almond milk, caper powder and the bell peppers. The ravioli is just right at the taste and it brings you with the delicious creamy flavours. Perfectly paird with their wine- Achab Pinot Nior.

Smoked Loin of Lamb
This is just addictively good. The lamb comes simply juicy and moist. It is amazingly delicious where the lamb loin is perfectly smoked and sides with the creamy onions and mixed wild mushroom.

Biscuit Cones
As for the desserts, we had the Biscuit Coones which is filled with the Dark Chocolates, Tangy Citrus Sauce and the Forest Fruits. Such a nice dessert to end our meal the night.

The dining experience was a great one. Priced at RM 238 Nett per person ( Non Member ) and RM 208 Nett Per Person ( IMBA & ITA Member)
