INTRODUCING THE SPA AT FOUR SEASONS HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR: AN URBAN SANCTUARY DEDICATED TO HEALTH AND WELLNESS

October 16, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is pleased to announce the debut of The Spa, a comprehensive health and wellness center, ideally located in the heart of the city.  Designed to honor the mind, body, and soul, The Spa specializes in transformational experiences to cultivate one’s best self through ancient healing rituals, combined with innovative technologies and natural sciences.  The result – your best self.

“The Spa is a peaceful urban oasis – an escape from the bustling city, and customized to our guests’ individual needs to achieve a purposeful journey – whether for relaxation, anti-aging treatments or fitness, it’s a wellness haven like no other,” said Tom Roelens, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.  “The highly specialized menu combines ancient healing practices reflective of the region with state-of-the-art and results-driven practices to offer the very best in rejuvenation, health and wellness.”

The 681 square meter (7,330 square feet) spa includes eight individual treatment rooms, including two couple’s treatment rooms and an ultra-luxurious Spa Suite, an expansive state-of-the-art fitness center, and a modern hair and nail salon.  In addition to the treatment facilities, The Spa offers a stylish boutique with a selection of signature products ranging from skincare and makeup, to the latest high-tech beauty tools, allowing for a continued spa journey at home.

Guided by an extensive team of experts – from holistic healers and physiotherapists, to scientists and beauty therapists, The Spa incorporates a blend of comprehensive wellness modalities, encompassing the physical, mental, vitality, and spiritual to promote total body wellness.  The spa menu showcases luxurious treatments such as a 24 Carat Gold Facial, a Gemo-Thermal Salt Body Polish infused with thermal spring water and thermal Sailes De Beam salts, and the ultimate in anti-aging – the Meso BT-Lift, which features a state-of-the-art, non-surgical face lift to reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Additionally, The Spa has developed a collection of unique signature experiences which include:

• Mesotheraphy: the latest advancements in science and electrotherapy for the skin and body.  Developed by Skeyndor – a leading-edge global authority in skincare, Mesoscience is one of the most complete, results-driven healing techniques that uses state-of-the-art Meso equipment, without the use of needles.

• Rotan Manau Herbal Tungku Massage:  inspired by the region, this authentic massage combines the healing powers of human touch with locally sourced Rattan wood poles, resulting in a deep tissue treatment.  The treatment features KUEM Royal Heritage Oil, a century-old herbal line known for its healing properties.  KUEM, made from the purest form of exotic herbs found throughout Asia, is used alongside a customized essential oil and herbal blend to offer a results-oriented deep tissue massage that aids blood circulation, awakes the meridian, and firms the appearance of skin.

• Subtle Energies: a results-based aromatherapy, natural skincare and wellness program founded on authentic Ayurveda principles.  The range is created with intent to address multiple skin and body concerns, while delivering high performance results empowering one’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Subtle Energies’ Spa Concept provides treatment programs that combine the optimum methods and knowledge found in these respected ancient sciences, with holistic modern techniques.
The Spa is open daily from 9am-10pm, with treatments from 9am-9pm.  The fitness center is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
Purposeful spa journeys await at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.    For more information, or to make a reservation, please contact [email protected] or call +603 2382 8888
