With piquant aromatics lingering in the air, let your nose be the guide as it leads you to a scrumptious spread of Southern Indian delicacies at Cinnamon Coffee House. Enticed by the idea of aromatic curries redolent with spices, Executive Sous Chef, Saiful Baharin and team proudly presents the Flavours from Chettinad for the month of November.

Chettinad cuisine is believed to be the most aromatic and spiciest cuisine in India. Must try include Lamb Mandy, Prawn Caldine Curry, Kandani Chicken, Kuttanadan Peppered Duck, Baked Crab with Yoghurt, Chicken Tikka Masala, Duck Varuval, Squid Gobi Masala, Prawn Balchao Goan, Eggplant Pachadi, Masala Vada, Laddu, Palkova, Jalebi, Gulab Jamun and Rasgulla.

In South India, it is said that one is lucky to eat like a Chettiar as the Chettinad cuisine is known to be a feast for the gourmet. Hence, when given a chance to sample it do go all out. We promise you won’t regret it!

Apart from the mentioned, there are also mixed varieties of other international cuisines on the buffet spread; done on a rotation basis. The Flavours from Chettinad promotion is definitely a great choice for those seeking a wholesome meal with friends and family in the lead up to Deepavali.
