Tanzini @ GTower: From Farm to Kitchen

July 13, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who have not been to Tanzini, you should visit them now. Inspired by the fresh food movement, Tanzini advocates a quality approach in presenting its cuisine to diners.
Located on the 28th floor of GTower, the restaurant brings you with a modern European restaurant, our contemporary cuisines and plates are created by fusing modern global cooking methods with heritage recipes and premium quality ingredients. And Tanzini als won a variety of awards such as Top5 Masterchef, Top 10 Restaurant of The Year, and many more.
Provencal Stuffed Squid (RM 39.50)
Beautifully prepared, the fresh squid is filled with herbs, chard, breadcrumbs with smoked chili salsa and basil oil. The plate of these is perfectly delicious brings you with the light umami blend in it. I love how the taste is perfectly blend to it.
Zucchini Soup  ( RM 26.30)
Though I am not big fans of Zucchini but the soup is pretty unique. Love the light flavour of the soup and they are beautifully top with the crunchy soft shell crab on top.
Duck Ragu (RM 41.40)
The homemade pulled duck meat is perfectly marinated with Shiraz in it. The light flavour from the wine brings up the overall taste and the duck itself. I love how the duck ragu is done and every mouthful comes perfect with the aromatic blend.
Before heads to the mains, we are served with the palate cleanser which is the sorbet.  And now; we are being served with the mains.
Halibut Fillet ( RM 56.40)
The signature is of course the Halibut Fillet which makes it to my MUST have list whenever I am in Tanzini. Enjoy the Halibut Fillet which is perfectly pan seared and sides with the cauliflower puree, sautéed kale and the salsa verde. Nicely done!
Braised Beef Short Ribs (RM 126.90)
If you are fans of ribs, you can order their braised beef ribs where the ribs are perfectly marinated till perfection. The taste of the ribs is perfectly good where the beef ribs are cooked in the fusion way and sides with the grilled season vegetables and beef just reduction.

Boston Lobster (RM148.50)
Another highlights are the Boston Lobster which is beautifully served. Love the freshness and the umami taste of the boston lobster where they are beautifully sides with the small cubes of mango, avocado tartar and saffron yuzu dressing. Perfect!
Passion Fruit Lime Meringue (RM 30.10)
Good food of course need to ends with delicious desserts. Enjoy the awesomely prepared desserts and we are served with the chef Signature Passion Fruit Lime Meringue. We love how the Passion Fruit Cake is packed with the lime curd, meringue pavlova, mango sauce, lemon powder and orange candy.
Overall, Tanzini is not just serving good food, but they have great ambiance that suits for any occasions from birthday, to anniversary, proposals and even events. For more information about Tanzini, do visit their facebook to check their updates from time to time.
