Malaysia Boleh! @ Four Seasons Hotel KL : Heaven of Local Malaysian Food

July 8, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Are you a big fans of Malaysia local delights? Yes I am !! Ever since I am working in KL, I am always finding Penang Delights and always come to disappointment but Malaysia Boleh! is a place I am coming back for my craving.

Located at the basement in Four Season Place Kuala Lumpur (just besides KLCC) . And it is just 5 minutes walk from KLCC Twin Tower, Opposite Avenue K. Whether you are local of tourist, Malaysia Boleh ! is another food court where you can taste all the Malaysian delights all under one roof. To go there, it is simply easy, Walk into Robinson Shoppes and go one floor down, and here you will find Malaysia Boleh! on your right.
Malaysia Boleh offers you not just an affordable dining where I spotted many of their food is around RM 9 and chendol is ONLY RM 3.  When walking in; it brings me back to the olden days during my grandmother generation but with the stunning gravity art. Not just that, we love the bird cage and also the classic Chinese Oldies which reminds me during the childhood dining with my grandfather together with his bird cage. (*Just no bird churpping only.. LOL)
About Malaysia Boleh!

Malaysia Boleh! is a food court which is being operated by a Singapore Company to offer famous Malaysian Food to diners. With the success of their outlet in Singapore, they expended their business to Malaysia with the same concept.  And in here, they had tweeted a bit of the taste to suits the locals as well.
Well, in here you can find a number of variety of local Malaysian street food such as the Penang Char Koay Teow, Asam Laksa, Fried Oyster, Penang Chendol , Ban Mian, Char Koay Teow, Bak Kut The and many more.
Jalan Imbi Ah Yen Curry Mee (RM 9)
One of my favourite MUST TRY is the Jalan Imbi Ah Yen Curry Mee (RM 9). We love the beautifully prepared curry mee which is packed with the ingredients from tau pok, long beans, and pig skin. For me, I love it as it taste slightly like Nyonya Style Curry Mee which is more to the creamier type. You can have them together with the noodles and vermicelli. Yummz…

Te Qi Ipoh Bean Sprout Chicken Rice (RM 10)
This won my heart as well. I love the fragrant of the chicken rice itself and it is perfectly match with the silky and velvety chicken. You can opt for the Quarter Chicken (upper) (RM 16) ; quarter lower (RM 18) or half chicken at RM 32.00.
Claypot Chicken Rice (RM 10)
As for Jerry; he love the Claypot Chicken Rice where it has the char-taste from the rice itself. Top with chunks of beautifully marinated chicken meat with it. I am just in love with this.
Penang Carrot Cake (RM 8 (Regular)/ RM 10 (Large)
This is another must try here. It just taste like what I have in Penang. Enjoy the carrot cake stir fried together with the bean sprout, egg and chai poh. I love the lightly char-taste of it.
Penang Fried Oyster (O Chien) : RM 12( Regular) / RM 15 (Large)
This is another favorites in our table. We love the O Chien here where they are perfectly cooked with the egg and the oyster. The aromatic taste of the egg where it is slightly char, together with the pluppy oyster; it is just so yummy.

Bak Kut Teh (RM 13)
The Bak Kut Teh fares a good mark from me. The soup is light but fragrant with the herbal taste in it. And they have the Mushrrom, Pork Meat, Pork Ribs, beancurd, all in one. Simply delicious!
Yoko Chilly Pan Mee (RM 10)
Enjoy their lovely homemade pan mee which is delicious done and top with the soft boiled egg, minced pork, spinach, fried anchovies and their spicy chili paste. Mix everything together and you will definitely fall in love with it. We love the al-dente texture of the noodles itself and it comes with the light kick of spiciness in it.  You can opt for the soup version at RM 9.

KL Hokkien Mee RM 12 (Regular) / RM 15 ( Large)
Filled with wok hei, the Hokkien Mee comes awesomely delicious where they have the caramelized taste of the soy sauce with it accompany with the thick noodles. What more is added with the Zhu Yao Char that makes it perfect!
KL Wanton Mee (RM 9 )
Choose either the dry wanton noodles or the soup base. Enjoy the springy wanton noodles sides with cuts of char siew and vegetables.
Pork Porridge (RM 8)
Enjoy the bowl of hot porridge where the porridge comes with the velvety smooth texture. And hidden beneath you can find chunks of pork inside.

Pudu Fried Chicken & Nasi Lemak
Enjoy the Chinese style nasi lemak where you can have the basic set at RM 3.50 and top up RM 6 for Fried Chicken Drumstick, RM 5 for Chicken Thigh and more.  Love the crunchy bites of the chicken here and the fragrantly done rice with the light coconut hint in it.
Penang Hokkien Mee / Prawn Mee (RM 10)

Penang Asam Laksa (RM 10)

Liang You Ipoh Pork Koay Teow Noodles (RM 9)

Yong Kee Char Koay Teow (RM 9 (Regular)/ RM 12 (Large)
One can also enjoy the other dleights here includes the Penang Hokkien Mee / Prawn Mee (RM 10). Penang Asam Laksa (RM 10), Liang You Ipoh Pork Koay Teow Noodles (RM 9) and many more.
Oh ya, after the filling meal, don’t miss out their Chendol and it’s only RM 3. The chendol are freshly made daily and served with the fresh coconut milk, gula melaka and fresh chendol. Yummz!
And whats are our favorites. There is too much of yummmilicious delights and some of our recommendation includes the Curry Noodles,  O Chien, Stir Fried Radish, Claypot Rice, Bak Kut The and the Chendol Of course.
Tips: Go on off lunch hour (during working days) or weekends so it would not be too pack.
