Sheraton Petaling Jaya Introduces Delicious Range of Spread This Fasting Month

Have a different fasting this year and this year Sheraton Petaling Jaya bringing you with the Arabian Night Dinner Buffet in the ballroom while Feast-All day dining have arranged for Citarasa Malaysia spread that brings back the nostalgic feeling from your mother’s kitchen.

This coming fasting month Sheraton Petaling Jaya will be serving Arabian Night Dinner Buffet in the ballroom while Feast-All day dining have arranged for Citarasa Malaysia spread that brings back the nostalgic feeling from your mother’s kitchen.

For those who looking for a feast with the Arabian theme, you can heads to their ballroom where you can taste and flavour the authentic Middle Eastern Cuisine across the region during this festive month.

 

Some of the highlights for the Arabian Nights includes the live action stations preparing Roast Whole Lamb with Saffron Rice and Grilled Vegetables, Spicy Chicken Kebab, Lamb Kebab, Shish Kebab, Shish Taouk (chicken). There are over 80 dishes served daily, some of the highlights are Tabbouleh, Chicken Fattoush, Lamb Samosa, Falefel, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Arabian Lentil Soup, Lamb Tagine with Cous Cous, Hammour Harra (Fish), Tiger prawn with garlic and Labanese Beef Steak. This rich and delicious spread will not be complete if you do not sample the delicious the dessert station with Umm Ali to sweeten the deal. Amongst this delicious spread, diners will be entertained by the melodious tunes of local live performer that will echo in the ballroom to ignite the mood.

As for their Feast All- Day Dining, they are offering our  Malaysian local delicacies. Some of the familiar taste of local delights that will be prepared for Feast; Asam, Pedas Tumis Darat Ikan Tenggiri, Siput Sedut masak, Lemak Cili Api, Gulai Ayam Dengan Terung Pipit, Udang Masak Daun Limau Pulut, Hong Kong Yee Mee in Chicken Broth with Fish Ball, Chicken, Vegetable and Seaweed, Chicken Murtabak and Roti Boom, Braised Ee Fu with Pacific Blue Crab Meat, Butter Prawn with Salted Egg, Braised Japanese Tofu with Broccoli, Steamed Patin Fish with Spicy Bean Sauce, Gulai Patin Tempoyak, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Daging Goreng Kunyit Kacang Panjang, Paru-paru Goreng Berlada, Burung Puyuh Goreng Berempah, Kupang Masak Kalio and not forgetting the refreshing ABC.

Arabian Night humbly describes the taste and flavour of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine across the region for the diners to indulge after a long day of fasting. This wholesome spread are served at our ballroom from 24 May until 10 June 2018 while Citarasa Malaysia in Feasts serves throughout the month of ramadhan from 15 May to 14 June 2018 showcases local delicacies and hometown favourites. Both venues serves this delicious spread from 7:00PM to 10:30PM.

These delicious spreads of different venues will be priced at RM88nett for Arabian Nights Dinner Buffet and RM118nett for Citarasa Malaysia in Feast inclusive of 6% GST. Children of age 5 – 11 years old are discounted at 50% off the normal price.
