Immerse in a spread of authentic Malaysian flavours at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur this holy month

May 12, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

To mark the holy month this year, Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur invites guests to dine at The Mill Café with a special celebration of food and heritage inspired by Malaysia’s melting pot of culture. Promising a journey of culinary discovery and fond food memories, the hotel will feature a feast for the senses with live carving stations, regional cuisines and a specialised fare for a truly Malaysian experience.  And with the themed of “Selera Malaysia”; the hotel’s Master Chefs brings you with over 300 choices of delights.

Start your meal with the wide selections of ulam – ulaman and also kerabu. The appetizing and light spiciness “pembuka selera” is something worth to start before moving to the mains.

As for the mains, enjoy the variety of the delectable dish prepared by their master chefs such as the gulai daging salai, kawah kari kepala ikan, ayam golek, nasi hujan panas, rendang daging, sotong masak hitam, whole roasted tandoori lamb, whole baked sambal ikan siakap, bubur lambuk, lemang, ketupat, serunding, premium roasted beef and more.

Ends your meal with some sweet tooth delights featuring the selections of kuih Raya, cakes, sticky date pudding, pengat pisang, bubur serawa nangka and tapai pulut.

Renowned for serving one of the best buffets in the heart of Bukit Bintang, The Mill Café is set to raise the bar this year with an enchanting spread. As the sun dips to the horizon, family and friends can relish the vast variety of mouth-watering flavours in grand style. Priced at RM 158.00 nett per person, the ‘Selera Malaysia’ buffet promotion is available from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily, throughout the holy month. Enjoy a special early bird promotion from now until 15th May 2018 at only RM 118.00 nett per person.

For an even more exclusive feel, guests can opt to dine in a semi private dining area that overlooks the hotel lobby instead of the main seating area. Each table comes with a special dome set, in addition to the main buffet spread at only RM 168.00 nett per person. Ideal to be shared between eight and ten persons, this hassle-free option is perfect for those who are seeking to avoid long queues while breaking fast.

For larger groups wishing for a unique experience, the intimate Millennium Ballroom is the venue of choice. Offering a selection of three specially crafted menus, the hotel’s dedicated team of planners will be delighted to arrange a special dinner, open house event or meeting with a thematic setting amid an atmospheric space. Open house packages start from RM 128.00 nett per person with a host of inclusions while meeting packages start from RM 180.00 nett with a range of benefits.
