Dorsett Kuala Lumpur Presents Authentic Masakan Bonda with Traditional Recipes Coming Ramadhan 2018

As Ramadhan approaches, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur brungs you with the wide choices and nostalgic delicacies during the holy month. And this month, one can have an enjoyable meal and breaking-fast with your love ones at the cozy, and yet lively setting of the Checkers Café from 17 May – 14 June 2018, 7 pm till 10.30 pm.

And this year, Dorsett KL welcomes you with a dazzling array of more than 100 dishes with the key highlights of 13 Signature  “Masakan Bonda” ; authentic Malay dishes from each state of Malaysia Served buffet-style along with live-cooking hawker stall favorites. Inspired by Kak Shikeen; one now can enjoy the homey taste from home at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur.

Starts your meal with the wide choices of delicious home-style kerabus and ulams. You will definitely be pampered with these awesomelicious freshly prepared kerabus in kampung style.
Others to have includes the daging salai maska lemak Padi Negeri Sembilan, Ikan Patin Asam Pedas, Tempoyak Pahang, Kari Kepala Ikan Pulau Pinang , Rendng Ayam Minang Kuala Kedah to name a few.

Asides, one can savour their grilled item from the selection of Kashmiri Kambing Briyani where this is the childhood “mother’s dish” in the whole family.  This is where the basmati rice is cooked with the short grain rice and minced lamb which brings out the robust flavours in it, along with the accompaniments of a Whole Roasted Lamb, Masala Mint Yoghurt and other healthy condiments.
Other than that, don’t miss out Mi Udang, Assam Laksa, and Mi Kari are featured as part of the live -cooking local hawker – stall favorites.
